I have to say I feel for docs tho. They literally can't get it right. If they continue as always and don't ask the man if he's pregnant, some tranny is gonna screech at them and try to get them fired. If they don't ask and it turns out to be a trans man, who was actually pregnant, the trans man or the kid might fucking die (as has already happened). And if they do ask then normal people are gonna be like 'wtf why would you ask me that'. Granted, as those are normal people, they will probably not react more harshly than that.
