You know what, the only way I can see them getting out of this is if Near took fake photos of himself dead, hanging by the noose, and had someone cry about the disrespect of "csi photos" "being leaked". Don't forget to piss and shit yourself if you go through with that route.

there was a picture on twitter thats been removed/the account suspended, that i hadnt seen in this thread before

it was the noose hanging over the back of the door, as well as nears finals messages and the call log, i cant seem to find it tho D:

i remember the post said something like "heres their proof" (referring to the twittertroons proof that he's really dead)

Zoophiliac weaboos are dime a dozen, just because one has a Death Note profile pic doesn't mean it's him. If you want to look for him, look into obscure tech communities (emulation especially of the older console kind, older pcs, etc). Also this might be a stretch but the slang and overall typing doesn't really fit with how Byuu writes, like this fella is really going on about "druggies" and going "bruh" every 2nd tweet.

Big if true but you find the link to the said chain of tweets, you can try checking via archive.is and similar sites if someone else already archived it before.

Just clarifying that that's L, not Near. I'm not sure this person is byuu. Went through their twitter from today to July, because I can't be arsed to go all the way back to May, and based on the little I know of byuu, I don't think this is him. If it is, byuu's a pretty good actor. Also, I think this account was made in May because their last one was suspended or something? Or they have another account for a different purpose. They have a YT channel, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLM0kEcvC_m6j0sYRPN19TQ and I don't think byuu would be so bold as to use a camera in his videos.

Were the pictures different than the one's in the original thread (it had over the door pictures)?

I remember there being a call history shown in a thread here I believe, but they could have equally been talking about how their plan was going to go down/discussing the pastebin etc. They needed some form of evidence that a call even took place.
Would be interesting to see what those "final messages" were, to whom/what platform etc.

Part of me thinks they wouldn't even dare to try, I can imagine it'd be very difficult to recreate a death picture that couldn't be pulled apart by people who are knowledgeable about what happens to the body during death (blood pooling, discoloration etc).

I'm not aware that his full SSN is public. I do have his full SSN and driver's license numbers, though. I'm seeing a weird new thing on his credit report since the last time I checked it so I wanted to ask a few questions.

Was it this post in which I provided the first portion of Near's SSN and DL? I left out the rest, because when Near reaches out to me (assuming he hasn't already and I'm just pretending I never heard from him) he needs to provide the rest as proof of identity.

Nah, this post. It was linked indirectly a page or two ago in this thread. It was after posted after your initial post, but before you asked them to email you.

Check the dates on whatever activity set off your alarm bells. Could be a bad actor using the info from that dox.

it was a different photo from what's in that post

the post on twitter also had a call log and byuus contact details/ contact log (censored of course)
