No, there’s nothing preventing that, just like there’s nothing that prevents a heroin addict from sucking it up, enduring 3 days of suffering, get cleaned up and live a normal life.
Look, don’t get me wrong: I don’t like Phil. He’s a terrible person who’s in a situation mostly (or entirely) of his own making.
But that doesn’t mean I can’t feel pity for him, just as I would for a hardcore drunk, a heroin addict or anyone else trapped in a shitty situation because of years of bad choices.
Anyone here could come up with a plan that would fix Phil’s shitty life, but... We’re talking about (a toxic) low IQ man who’s most likely an autist, and has spent the past decade living as a virtual E-hermit.
Fixing this would all be “easy” for you and me, but it’s not for Phil Burnell.
Just like climbing Mount Everest would be easy for a professional mountain climber but an unimaginable feat for your average KF.
TLDR: Phil is a piece of shit, living a pitiable, sad life mostly because of his own actions.

Can we take a moment and talk about how fucking predatory and evil WWE Champions truly is? Philburt is pumping ungodly amounts of money into this game and yet… he’s not even winning. He’s in the top echelon, sure, but he’s not number one. Makes you wonder just who the absolute top dogs are IRL and how much money it actually takes to “win” at this thing. Its absolutely disgusting, dood.

Daddy Scopely beats the shit outta Phil on a daily basis and swindles him out of his money. Papa Burnell does the exact same to his own wheelchair in his stream.
(And note how Phil’s streams are at least partly inspired by Gacha mechanics. “Spend X amount and you’ll get a GUARANTEED HAT! It might not be the hat you wanted, but there’s one tomorrow again!” Ok, it’s Gacha mechanics for absolute yards, but still.)
Part of me sees something like Gacha games and thinks “Free market, fool and his money and all that!”
Then you see how they hire psychologists, use the worst of the addicting mechanics from slot machines, and worst of all: How these fuckers pretend it’s “oil barons and stockbrokers” who play their games, when they full well know it isn’t.
And deliberately makes it possible for people without credit cards: EG: Bankrupt people to keep playing.
I’m too big of a fan of the free market to say: “This should be illegal!”
But if one of their customers decides to snap one day after their second bankruptcy and divorce, and go to town on Skopely armed with homemade IEDs and an AR15, I’m not exactly going to cry. And if there is a Gofundme for their legal defense, I would probably chip in.
