After they failed to advance to the next round of his voice acting contest, they both tweeted at him asking why entries that went over the recommended 30-60 seconds weren't disqualified. Chuck's response was to point out that they went over the time limit and were not kicked out. They're just super salty they didn't win.

Honestly, reading the twitter thread, they really just sound like salty karens over this. It reads like they understood it was recommended time but at the same time they don't understand that. If they really wanted to make a point, sounds like they have an e-mail they could have provided as proof.
