When he posted the excerpt on IG, I was convinced it was him. Now I'm certain it's not. He has no sense of irony or ability to laugh at himself. He'd never call himself a "skilled paralegal." He would have picked a scary Hitler pic, not that delightful travesty. Looks like Russ received a True and Honest troll email.

Per the LV convention calendar (https://www.vegasmeansbusiness.com/...ndar/?startDate=09/21/2021&endDate=09/26/2021) the current show at LVCC is IPW which is related to encouraging international travel to the US.

That doesn't seem like the place Russ would go for personal and political connections plus that one requires proof of vaccination or 72 hour or more recent negative wuflu test. I assume Russ would have virtue signaled the vax if he got the shot. (So have no idea on Russ's vax status).


The Annual National Conference on Women's Healthcare at Bally's seems like a prime spot for Russ to be a creep. I doubt he could/would pay to enter the conference proper but the host hotel/Casino is free and open to the public regardless of vax status.

My main observations:

Russell has a weird thing with putting "quotes" around all kinds of things, including turns of phrase. Even in the very first sentence of the introduction of the new memorandum he puts quotes around "throw away" email. Putting quotes around "look the other way" seems very Russ-like.

There's just no actual insults that a farmer would use, even if their intention was to be ironically faux-threatening. Nothing calling him ugly or slackjawed or a sex pest or pathetic or any of our nicknames for him. There's nothing actually insulting in the email. I don't think Russ' ego would allow that. This obsession with Russell failing is his own invention. To everyone else, it was an absolute given his song, his lawsuit, etc. would fail. Only Russell thinks our goal is to actively make him fail as if it were not already inevitable. Though I guess this could lend credit to a troll trying to fuck with him knowing that this is how he sees us -- as the autistic illuminati.

The line about no disabled people being able to succeed also seems distinctly Russ-like. It's Russ being obsessed with this idea that he is disabled, not us. We just think he's pathetic. Again, I guess this could be interpreted either way, as a troll knowing this is sort of how he thinks.

Also, if he did write it, that probably means somewhere in his deranged mind he has considered the possibility that the judges were unironically paid off LMAO.
