So it's a bougie kind of shop. Maybe I should also sue this place because these places are always out of my price range. Or maybe I realize I'm not entitled to everything and this shop has a much smaller bottomline than say, Target.

First off she has a very tiny reach, likely no greater than a small clientele in one town. It's not like she has millions of dollars to dump into any lobby. She's not influencing major fashion magazines or shows to exclude fatties.

Small shops survive by the skin of their teeth and she may very well be under in a year for completely unrelated reasons. In fact just not buying from there alone could be a death sentence. Ignore her and by odds alone she's likely to be gone.

But no we have to harras every small shop who realistically probably just can't afford the extra fabric and doesn't necessarily have an "anti-fat" basis. Because as others have pointed out the brand has to raise prices on all sizes to accommodate XXXXXXXL.

But of course people in a group who get FHA loans denied because of too much Door Dash use understand fuck all about economics.

Tl;dr: there's bigger problems out there but because you're a bunch of entitled cunts your lobby is never going to get anything done other than lose money in a frivolous lawsuit.

ETA: Most of her models actually are plus-sized. Not JULIANA or Kelly sized, but probably 14-18 size range. Plus they look put together. If I could afford it, I certainly wouldn't mind having this owner dress me.

So they're targeting a business for the sin of employing small fats whom I think deathfats hate more than thin people for whatever reason.
