So from my experience working with disabled young adults, I can say that Russ seems like the kind of potato who will eventually go through the motions of being violent, but will fold like an accordion at the slightest resistance from a target. I feel like Russ will eventually have a physical altercation IRL, but I think it will go very poorly for him.

The danger with Russ lies not in his potential for overt violence. Which is probably minimal unless the subject of the violence is already well restrained. It’s what happens when he encounters or engineers someone who can’t put up any resistance. Drunk, drugged, etc. I could be wrong, but Russ just radiates someone you don’t want to be caught alone and helpless with. His frequently articulated feelings of sexual entitlement, regardless of the woman’s views on the subject are just chilling. That’s really what his PAC’s goal is. To legalize prostitution and subject it to government regulation such as under the ADA where no prostitute can refuse him or charge more than he is willing to pay. His goal is Rape via Bureaucracy. Which is really chilling.

EVERYTHING was dismissed. Total loss for Russell. None of his causes of action or claims survived. And as it is dismissed, With Prejudice, he cannot refile.

Maybe he should make a crying video like he did for Katie's "manager" and send that to the judge as his "appeal" to her. She just doesn't understand! Russ just needs to explain!

I really love that the judge didn't even acknowledge his claims that I'm head of the British wing of Kiwifarms troll agents because it was such an obvious reach. Just a simple "the email could have come from anyone, nothing here is relevant".

I know that there isn't the constitutional stuff that makes it harder to sue for defamation in the UK but it's still pretty difficult and expensive here - especially given the enormous wealth of evidence against him and the obvious defence that I'm acting in the public interest and any reasonable person would come to the same conclusion I did.

Motion for a sanction, is more or less just asking the court to punish the opposing party, usually for frivolous filings.

Don't worry, even if Russ does try and sue you in the High Courts, like every single other aspect of his life, he will fail miserably and we will all sit back and enjoy the content and laugh at him.

You did fantastic work crucifying him on Twitter, and the timing is perfect now with this decision coming out within days of that public beatdown you gave him. Lots of plights afflicting Russell last few days.

I know the thread is huge and long, but you should take some time and read through it, or at least go to the OP and do the highlight thing.
