Everything was dismissed with prejudice, including the copyright infringement. The copyright infringement was almost strong enough to withstand a summary dismissal. Everything else was raving bullshit amounting to “people were mean to me on the internet”. And note by “strong enough to survive dismissal” I don’t mean the copyright issue would have won at trial. Just that there was almost an actual legal question or argument there. At this stage the Judge looks at it as if assuming everything Russel claims is true, is there an actual legal case or claims here? The answer is No on all claims.

Dismissed with Prejudice means he cannot refile the lawsuit. He does have 30 days to file an appeal. But that is unlikely to get him anywhere. There would not on its surface appear to be any reversible error in the Judges ruling or actions. Beyond “She failed to let Russel explain even more”. His Supplemental filings were so repulsive that trying to raise the courts rejection of them as an issue will not do anything beneficial for Russ.

I know that there isn't the constitutional stuff that makes it harder to sue for defamation in the UK but it's still pretty difficult and expensive here - especially given the enormous wealth of evidence against him and the obvious defence that I'm acting in the public interest and any reasonable person would come to the same conclusion I did.

EVERYTHING was dismissed. Total loss for Russell. None of his causes of action or claims survived. And as it is dismissed, With Prejudice, he cannot refile.

Maybe he should make a crying video like he did for Katie's "manager" and send that to the judge as his "appeal" to her. She just doesn't understand! Russ just needs to explain!

Sanctions motions are usually losers, but Judge Campbell might be open to one in this case if it is targeted and reasonable. Since Skordas has shown admirable restraint in not rising to Russ's bait, he now has a difficult decision to make (in consultation with his client, of course) about whether to pursue a small sanctions motion or to let it ride.

Skordas has filed for Jersh's attorney fees to be payed for by Russell. He may decide to pursue that if he thinks he can get it.

It's a special motion to make him pay attorney's fees to Dear Leader. Judges usually don't like them, but "wholly improper" is an indicator that Judge Campbell really hated that first Supplemental Brief and might consider awarding them for that.

The danger with Russ lies not in his potential for overt violence. Which is probably minimal unless the subject of the violence is already well restrained. It’s what happens when he encounters or engineers someone who can’t put up any resistance. Drunk, drugged, etc. I could be wrong, but Russ just radiates someone you don’t want to be caught alone and helpless with. His frequently articulated feelings of sexual entitlement, regardless of the woman’s views on the subject are just chilling. That’s really what his PAC’s goal is. To legalize prostitution and subject it to government regulation such as under the ADA where no prostitute can refuse him or charge more than he is willing to pay. His goal is Rape via Bureaucracy. Which is really chilling.

I'll throw my hate into the violence debate one more time, because a lot of times people forget how fragile the human body is.

We already have documentation everywhere detailing Russ' perception of reality is off. Him feeling 'threatened and endangered' by security at the Arianna thing for probably just doing the benign hand on shoulder to guide type of thing, and how he thinks everyone is out to get him.

He can, and he probably should. Given that the judge did recognize that Russ had motions filled with frivolous nonsense, Null has better chance at this being granted than a normal person would have.

That's a bit different. He has to file a motion under rule 54 for attorney's fees. He was asking fees for the one frivolous filing, as opposed to the entire case.

The saving grace for when Russ does snap is he is incompetent and a pussy. The most he would attempt to do when he went into a rage, if he couldn't do it stealthily like pushing someone in front of a car or down a flight of stairs, would be maybe to use harsh language. And even then he would wimp out. There is enough evidence that Russ is a pansy and wouldn't be able to fight his way out of a wet paper bag.

That's why he is so over the top when he says he is a stud or refers to working at a law office and all the other ways he tried to portray that he is some big man on campus type of dude. Its all false bravado and puffing himself up because in reality he is just an insignificant turd that would get stomped on if he got in someone's face. Male or female. So, he tries to compensate (over compensates) by mouthing off, but a 10 year old girl could kick him in his kneecaps and call him ugly or gross and Russ would slink off with his tail between his legs and start drafting a lawsuit against the kid.
