He was actually accusing us here on the farms of instigating suicides in the transgendered community and spree shootings. I'm not a lawyer, but AFAIK you'd have to demonstrate to the court that those claims caused you direct material harm or emotional distress. Talking shit about people on the internet isn't a crime or a tort here.

I believe what he's doing falls under the libel and slander realm of things but unless you can prove that it's actively hurting your reputation and public image I don't believe it has much ground to stand on. In fact considering when pipsqueak accused that sex worker of aids I'm fairly sure she could have sued for libel considering that could very well put a crimp on her business rep considering her line of work.

As you can see, Russell is #2 in both categories, yet his thread is newer by 2.5 years and 1 year respectively when compared to the holder of the #1 slot in each of the two views. If that doesn't show just how much of a nutter Russell Greer is, I don't know what else would convince someone that Russell is the Golden Cow when it comes to providing content that is pure unadulterated insanity.

To play Devil's Advocate, much of Russ's thread is speculation, discussion, and retreading old ground instead of adding anything new to the discussion. We can go weeks without a peep from Russell. Moviebob, on the other hand, shits out so many tweets in a day we have to be representative (instead of exhaustive) when it comes to collecting them.
