When giving con crit (for fiction, not nonfiction,) I urge all writers or artists, any creators, to not rely on current, political fads or trends. Aim for timelessness, beauty in harmony. Not memes, trends, bullshit, that won’t stand the test of time, & overall distract from the work. Troon religious prayers will not always be en vogue, & will look awkward, in the lifespan of a work. We aren’t there yet, but, never rely on crap gimmicks that will weigh works of art down, or detract from its timeless appeal. Most good creators know this.

My thinking is that their overlords have decided to sell the old studio as it is way too much space and are setting up a new office for them to work that they can actually afford for what they're pulling in.

So this week's RTAA, not gonna lie, it made me laugh, not with Kdin, but at... her? For nearly burning their house down while trying to kill an any colony.

I second the comment that says it's made up(or at least very heavily embellished) for attention but assuming it's true and he's not making a joke, did he say fire ants? Aren't you supposed to call an actual exterminator for those? But I guess I can't expect someone who trooned out to make rational decisions on how to deal with things like that.

I hated some of Funhaus gameplays where they focused too much on skits and didn't mix it well with the gameplay. Adam ignoring tutorials was funny the first 150 times, but then it legit got you wondered if he had some form of autism. Lawrence was the opposite, delving too much into the game and not joining in the skit that Bruce and James were performing behind him.

The only playlist I watch of FH of recent is the Dead by Daylight one, it's pure chaos and them against Achievement Hunter is one of my favourite.
edit: also if I had to choose I'd pick Charlotte over Kdin.

First he was mad over someone else pointing out how he was defending Lindsey, made it his bio info, and now he's rating someone else MATI over how they're correctly calling out someone's pronouns. to front the bills for all of this, RT is still advertising for content that's on par with theirs (Legit I tried watching it, I like Waititi's other work, but honestly, he should've done work on natives in his own land then helped a show on American Indians.)

They didn't own any buildings before, just leased them. I think its just the simple answer that in the time period of lock down and stay at home orders they just didn't renew their lease. When I say they I mean who ever controls the money, this temp office by my guess, is just a building HBO already owns or leases and tossed them in there. Which would explain all the HBO posters on the walls featuring their content and the large pallets of unboxed goods stored on an open office plan.

Yeah no, a company tends to never buy a building and stick to it, especially when growth is in priority. Knowing this, more then likely HBO told them on short notice "hey, you guys are moving to this building on x street in Austin.
