That being said, these are the legal options that are left for Greer:

(1) Follow through on his claim that "truth is like a lion: release it and it will defend itself" ('Why I Sued Taylor Swift: and How I Became Falsely Known as Frivolous, Litigious and Crazy') by somehow acquiring a lion from a Vegas stage magician, or a drug lord, and then releasing it into the court room.

(2) Start a new PAC that aims to introduce a legal precedent, wherein the loser of a court case, no matter how minor, is granted an opportunity to explain their side of things.

(3)Wander out into the desert. Take peyote. Wait for the black owl with the voice of Morgan Freeman, who once told him "Taylor doesn't care about leagues or classes -- she cares about effort," to offer him wise counsel.

Note: It is my opinion, as a man who intermittently dwells upon matters of the law, that Russell should be wary of taking advice from this owl, as it has, wilfully or otherwise, provided him with inaccurate information in the past. I am not just saying that because the owl is black. If it was a white owl with the voice of Henry Cavill my advice would be exactly the same. The owl is either a malevolent troll, in the vein of Isabella Janke, or it is a Walter Mitty-esque fantasist, with no genuine insight into the mind of Taylor Swift.

(4) Begin opening random books on page 6, in the hope that something written there will provide him with guidance.

(5) Attempt to tie Scordas to the gang of masked Taylor Swift fans who once set Russell's lawyer friend, Ken, on fire, using Molotov cocktails. This conspiracy goes all the way to the top. Everybody is out to cock-block Russell: The Bilderberg Group, The illuminati, The Crips, Bill fucking Gates. None of them want him to get laid, but why? Somebody needs to start following the money.

Wow, that came out fast. Just started reading and had to stop to mention footnote on Page 1:

I mentioned that way back a few minutes after I stumbled across the lawsuit and brought it to the Farms' attention. How do you sue a website?? He needed to name the "corporate" entity behind the website. I am glad that was pointed out as I thought I was going nuts that they were entertaining his improper naming of a defendant and didn't turf at least the action against KF immediately. At least that has now been addressed.

Now, back to reading what I expect will be another great smackdown on Russ.

Maybe I'm misremembering, but I remember Nick talking about how it seemed like Skordas was purposefully avoiding the most obvious and quick dismissal points (like lack of jurisdiction) and instead focusing on the 12(b)(6) motion because it would have a greater chance of getting Russ's case dismissed with prejudice.

Really I think 5 or 1 are most likely, though 4 would be my preferred outcome

I'm also anxious to see what his next hairbrained, crazy-ass scheme will be. Will he try to woo another celebrity with his wooing music? I realized why I have never seen them dismissed with prejudice. Every time I was sued by my personal lolcow it was dismissed because of subject matter or diversity jurisdiction, which is usually resolved by filling in the correct court. Nevermind that there was nothing the suit could actually remedy. Why some judges don't just cut the lawsuit off by the head instead of just smacking their hand and telling them to file somewhere else I don't understand. Guess they are just fucking lazy.

Even for failure to state a claim, the judge is typically going to dismiss with leave to amend. Dismissing with prejudice is reserved for cases where the court has considered the merits and finds nothing to justify allowing the plaintiff to amend and re-file it.
