Genshin is something I propably would have been invested in if I tried it. Having traits of an addict would not help either.

Honestly though that was a stance of most people here.

I stopped playing because it's boring as shit. The last thing I want from RPG stories are progression walls designed to make me splash out money so I ended up stopping in the midst of levelling my AR and never going back. Very few people actually care about how they treat Hololive/Coco because it's a losing battle. I doubt people even remember that their names were blacklisted. And why would they? Someone who researches Chinese censorship estimated that these game devs have blacklisted a cumulative 180,000 words across their games. It's a drop in the pond.

I really loved this stream and the work ethic required to host a quiz show on your own has flown massively under the radar. Rosemi adjusted rules on the fly and kept things smooth as silk. I think the fact the straw poll was still active while the girls were talking about who they were voting for created an issue of people voting Finana to bully her when they otherwise wouldn't have.

to add more things into this one chink game, people also bitching how this company giving a lack of compensation during their anniversary of the game, like there is no free 10x pull gacha and whatsoever. and you can only enjoy the reward if you are good enough as a cosplayer, artist, or video editing. since they holding a contest over it. The reason is- according to this person, take it with a grain of salt

The problem with genshin is that it filter a lot of people because if you want to be mostly good you don't only have to get the new and fancy character oh no, you also have to get its weapon in the gacha, then grind both the materials for the weapon and the character then get the accessories then GRIND materials for the accessories then grind the exp to level it up

So what remains of the player base are person like Lia, i will probably come back because there are friends that want to carry me

Also this is not the first time this garbage happen my friends were pissed when Zhong li was added and he sucked ass, Mihoyo first answer was "he is working as intended"

Unrelated, I know, but as a gacha player, a free 10 pull only for your first anniversary, especially with massively large sales and playerbase is still way below what the players deserve (even for the shitty genshin players)

Now back on topic, thinking about the screenwriter job opening up at Cover for ID and EN Hologra makes me think that Cover finally stopped treating EN and ID branch as guinea pig branches. Expect lots of big projects incoming for those two.

1. You can beat all the content with free characters fairly easily or with free pulls from playing the game

2. Zhongli is one of the best characters in the game right now tho
