Yeah Null has to do what's best for him. I have zero legal knowledge so I have no idea what's involved in pushing Greer to pay up, financially or time-wise.

I absolutely want to see Russ get crushed and have to pay compensation and get all pissy about it. That's the funniest outcome for me as an observer. But to put in additional time and money that isn't worth the payout just to own a lolcow is kinda pointless and lolcowish in it's own way.

This question gets brought up a lot. It seems that Russell doesn't meet the threshold for it. Generally it takes double digits of suits against the same entity. He also files in different states, and vexatious litigant status is state-specific. Cutting off a citizen's access to legal relief is a serious limitation of a human right and it's not done quickly, even if they're annoying.

My money is he eventually suffers from early onset dementia stemming from long term untreated syphillis. His chosen lifestyle carries certain risks after all.

Only in USA courts. And who knows what judges will do in that weirdo place, I mean apparently some judges are ELECTED. Not even legally qualified. And filing fees can apparently be up to USD1000.
