If Becky was serious about trying to get pregnant, she could get tested and treated and all that stuff.
Also with 3 incomes, at least two of which are possibly close to six-figures, she could afford any fertility treatment. If she actually wanted to get pregnant, that is.

It's funny how she's had all these "miscarriages" but there's been no sperm analysis, no genetic testing. All this supposed asexual does to get pregnant is have sex and talk about having sex and wait for her period to be a day late so she can declare conception and loss. You'd think an asexual would almost prefer an IUI or IVF procedure, no sex needed. They could even mix the sperm if they went to a nice liberal clinic.

After two or three miscarriages literally almost any insurance will at least cover some testing and diagnosis. I've never known a woman who had multiple miscarriages (and wasn't living in poverty) who wasn't actively investigating why it was happening with everything in her power.

It's ludicrous that it isn't at least strongly suggested that everyone find out what they are, and what their potential partner is, before they try consensual sex for the purpose of procreation. I suppose that would be "eugenics" or some shit. It's easy to avoid this.

If you must mate with a partner likely to cause such problems, there are apparently drugs that reduce the likelihood of miscarriage.

Yeah Rhogam is easy but the trick is, you have to have it while you're still pregnant with the FIRST baby. Then all the babies after.

Usually rh sensitization doesn't occur during a first pregnancy, and only occurs after the mother has been pregnant long enough with an rh positive baby that there has been significant exchange of blood via the placenta.

Which is why most doctors would type you but wouldn't expect that to be an explanation for a nulliparous woman's spontaneous abortion problem.
