Facebook has terrible visibility for group accounts, doubly so for PACs. Any natural engagement is dead because they want to bullshit people into paying for ads/boosts/whateverthefuck.

Oh for sure, facebook as a whole sucks for groups and pages in the last few years since they became a huge source of revenue for fb. But I imagine Russell doesn't know a lot about that and-- Still, surely a locked-down Facebook friend page is even worse for "business" than something people could actually follow? The PAC fb account could also easily be flagged for clearly not being a real person with a human name.

I don't think there would be enough distance at all for legit crowdfunding sites. You can't have some random person set something like that up in someone else's name or goal. And if they are associated with Null, they're part of a hate group. The same people who spend their tugboats DDOSing the site run to every possible avenue of payment and get it shut down as quickly as possible. I'm surprised they didn't get CWC's page taken down due to his connection to Null but since he was a brave transwoman I guess it would have looked bad.

It's often because dismissing a case without prejudice on a technicality like that means the litigant will just file elsewhere and continue the stupidity in another jurisdiction. Actually accepting jurisdiction (when possible) and ruling on a case on its merits allows the court to dismiss it with prejudice so the idiot litigant can't go venue shopping anymore to find a sympathetic court.

But she’s been serially tweeting for nearly a year now about sex workers. I haven’t done a full scan of her profile but you can go look at her Twitter for herself. The Russell stuff is all recent and she tweets a fuck ton. It doesn’t make sense that a troll account has been slow burning since November all hoping that it would magically pay off a year later when Russ starts a PAC.

She is suspiciously funny for a woman, but she’s obviously not a setup for Russell. I think she probably just doesn’t have much going on and is milking her 15 minutes while she can. I mean she’s wrecked Russ harder than any of us in a matter of days so good for her.
