He has a job, and we don't know what it is. He worked as a janitor years ago, and people decided that's all he could do because it fits their image of him. He might be working in a back office where he doesn't have to interact with customers, he might be doing data entry. Yes, he might even be pushing a broom, but we don't know. Whatever it is, he can pay his rent. He's not on disability as far as we can tell, because his deformity doesn't qualify him for it. He might be getting money from his parents, but again, we don't know. Anything related to how he's paying his bills is speculation on our part. He's fairly careful with his job information because he's afraid he'll get fired if people contact his employer and tell them about his antics. I think this might have happened in the past, but I'm not sure. It's not like he doesn't give an employer ample reasons to get rid of him at his current position.

That's what I think is the case. If he's working remotely, he has limited opportunities to harass female coworkers (I suppose he could hit on people with female-sounding names on Slack or whatever group chat his employer uses), and he doesn't have to worry about getting to work. If everything is done via text mediums, he doesn't even have to worry about making himself understood. He seems to have a lot of free time to wander the city, so he's probably working a regular 8-5 job.

Thanks for reminding me; while me sometimes wishing I was a woman doing sex work seems great to have generally more volume and traffic than a male; holy fuck!!!
