It's highly likely that 3-word names are part of Phil's "verified pig" program. He just tells them all to use NamesLikeThis and say "Fan since 1972", or something along those lines. OIC was never as big a deal as people made him out to be.
This is something stupid OIC would normally say. Like the idiots who believed I'm the real Garry.
He flipped out banned someone the other day for calling PhilSmokesCrack OIC which makes me think it could be true. Although he could just do that whenever anyone calls any tipper OIC
Does PhilSmokesCrack do $20 tips, does he bring Phil over $50 in tips, does he do multiple $4.20 tips, does he tip around the break, does he make sure to save Phil on slow stream, did he appear out of nowhere with big tips, does he ever post in chat? Yes, probably OIC.
So SCs are now exceptionally good, probably all from people who never talk in chat. Who made like 50 socks?

Like at this point I don't get why phil bothers with new releases. New release streaming is really a thing reserved for top streamers, which phil never was and certainly isn't now. He gets the same amount of tips and commotion from audience whether he's playing some new game or if he's reliving his sf2 days via collection edition, and when it comes to modern games he clearly doesn't like playing them or ends up flip flopping his opinion on them because his mind is made of putty and he can't handle most games.

I think phil should just face reality and be a "old school" streamer and play old games that are simple, ones that he's used to playing and can reminisce on about the good old days of when people weren't looking into his bank accounts. And then he can amass an audience that would appreciate his silly little antics as he plays the old 2d mario gayme or some sanic

Or at least that's would he could do, but he probably will just continue to spiral and do these current streams with diminishing returns, all while lying to the 10 or so people in his chat that everything is fine :stress:

It's really retarded in retrospect for him to go on and on about being this old-school arcade gamer yet never touching them outside of his streams of a collection he hates, especially while his "competitors" like Maximilian and Justin Wong are doing this shit every other day.

I wonder if he was legally advised not to?

Can he afford an attorney?
If he could afford an attorney, would he spend that money on council or WWE Champions?
If he retained an attorney, would he listen to their advice or would he continue to be the "smartest guy in the room" and continue with his normal diatribes?

If you forgot, he has an apology fetish. He just loves people asking him to get unbanned.

One of the best things about the leaks is that I can now get a fairly accurate representation of what his CPM for video views has historically been -- and holy shit did it increase since COVID:

I took the average of his CPM (prior to receiving Super Chats/Memberships) and got 2.24. Thus I have updated the CPM calculation on the spreadsheet to 2.2 (instead of 1.0) which brings his YT revenue calculation closer to the actual amount received. Now that we have some objective data, I feel more comfortable with less "low-balling" since it should be pretty close regardless.

Don't think there's anything wrong with him playing new releases.

Him saying that he's the premier new release guy that everyone rushes to see is bullshit, though.

Well, this was about the most predictable thing ever. I knew after a few days of low tips he was gonna be unable to control himself and start popping off at the mouth about it. If he doesn't address it at all or in the shitty and vague way he did earlier people will believe all the banking leaks and his 'business' will suffer. So, now he has to switch the focus onto how he did nothing wrong and how the detractors have ruined his life. Good god how pathetic...

Edit: Rockerverb got there first

Also, I love how he had this one chance yesterday to do the only thing left that could ever bring someone to his side and possibly decrease the trolling and hate that he gets. If he had come out and said that he was sorry for misleading people and that he's had a struggle with addiction for a long time, he could win some people over. Hell, he could even use the inordinate amount of trolling he gets to spin it and say he has been afraid to be honest and say anything before because it made him feel vulnerable to detractors piling on as an excuse for why he's never owned up until he got caught, and it would probably work on a lot of people.

He could have put himself in a much more favorable position, especially with people that understand and can relate to how helpless you can feel when in active addiction, by just apologizing and even saying that he needed to take some time off and get help. Make no mistake, he does NEED to get help at some point or he WILL eventually lose everything, and not just monetarily. If he had used this opportunity to be honest and humble himself, I bet that some of those paypigs with these deep pockets would even throw money his way to support him doing something that would be genuinely helpful. He really blew this and, as always, he's just going to double down on blowing it and make this so much worse for himself.
