Just a reminder, the leaks confirmed that giving Phil $200 results in the same $0 in his account the next day as if he only got $20. It just allows him to feed his addictions and makes him less crabby and more arrogant. But what we get instead is a whale that is willing to burn through money that could better their own lives as they opt into getting scammed by Phil.

It's more fun than with Jaxx, because someone like him is genuinely dim and probably doesn't know about the leaks. We know OiC does and he understands the issue. He is even tipping when superchatting would put pressure on Phil to at least start to control himself. Did Phil lie to him and tell him he would change? Did OiC even dare to confront him? It's hilariously spineless. The grand puppetmaster is subservient to Phil. It's beautiful. Just laugh.

jesus phil is a legit neanderthal, first time watching his hades gameplay for a few sesseions and hes just as bad as day one. dude had max life and 3 revives and instead of moving on to the final boss he went back in to styx hoping to be able to buy the final revive, gets his shit pushed in and lost a revive and is complaining about bad luck.....like everything else in phils life it not bad luck, its poor decision making

I'm having fun and robust interactions with D2R and every so often I remember how Phil tried to mine the game for old school gamer cred only to come up flat, up to and including getting the fucking decade of its release wrong (he played it all throughout the 90s dood), then decided to dip out of playing it for some reason. If only it had a cash shop and was on mobile, then it'd be his thing for sure.

Phil was standing behind a pillar for cover to avoid Hades' laser fire, which moves in a straight line.
He then got hit by a shockwave, which prompted him to dash to his right after the hit.
He dashed out from the cover and got hit by the laser before dashing back behind the cover.
He then complained that it's not fair because there is no way to avoid the shockwave. There was nothing he could do.

Phil could have dashed backwards, staying behind the cover, to dodge the shockwave. He literally cannot think in three dimensions.
GameTrekker gave him $30 to soothe his ego wounds though. The recurring theme of being rewarded for failure continues.

EDIT: Someone commented that they don't know what to talk about because the mods are all talking about off-topic stuff.
Phil said he didn't even know what the mods were talking about, but you can talk about whatever you want in his chat, so long as it isn't about 'drama shit'.
I can think of a litany of things you're not allowed to talk about in his chat. He banned someone for mentioning they liked Drake just recently.

In regards to Libel, he would have to prove falsehood and knowledge of said falsehood. The burden of proof would be on him. You can claim that you believed that the information was true and unless he can prove otherwise, you'd win. That is why it is so difficult.

He would need to prove damages. However it should be noted that he couldn't claim damages caused by other factors, having a bad reputation prior to the "libel" would mitigate the attempt to claim damage. In fact in "Lenny Dykstra vs St. Martin press, LLC" where the case was dropped because the claimant's reputation was too toxic to be defamed.

I've always been curious what made Phil so salty in this video. Obviously he has a long career of getting mad at computer games but this has to be the angriest he's ever gotten and I don't really understand why. Getting bodied at fighting games has been happening to Phil for life, so what set him off so bad in this clip?

That video has been up for 4 years so it was sometime in 2017. It was probably not long after Leanna left him. Many people have speculated she left because he had an hour long story time about their adventure to the hospital. However, in light of recent events, I believe she left because he couldn’t put the bottle or the mobile games down. She probably realized they could get married, afford to travel, and do all the things she had dreamt of since they moved to Renton. But Philip refused to grow up and she realized he will forever be a drunken manchild wasting his money on useless shit. Someone posted a video earlier in which he says mobile games nearly ruined his personal life. I’m almost entirely certain if Leanna came forward, she would cite his gacha addiction and alcoholism as to why she left. She grew up and realized he didn’t, nor won’t. Kat may come to the same conclusions someday, maybe not, or maybe she just doesn’t care. We might find out someday.

Editted to add: Leanna probably told Philip all this as well before she left. He did tell Kat he was drinking a lot so she would pity fuck him. It would also explain why he keeps repeating he has matured for the last 3-4 years (you know, in his late 30’s). In private (read: behind the scenes) she probably laid it out all the table for him. Obvious he has done nothing about it, but maybe if he keeps insisting he’s changed, people will believe him.

Dark and OIC have the most complicated relationship in maybe all of humanity. OIC posts here and speaks freely about Dark, knows about all his scams etc... but then puts up a front when he goes to talk to Dark. Meanwhile, Dark reads these forums religiously and knows that OIC can see through all of his bullshit... but he's happy to put up a front to maintain the cash flow. This type of relationship between two men who've never met each other in person can only be described as tremendously homosexual.
