Horatio: a faction from Endless Space 2 comprised of billions of clones of a deeply eccentric eugenicist trillionaire. The lore and gameplay gimmick behind him/them makes him one of, if not my favorite faction in that game.

Maddow only cares about Maddow and prime time.
If you ever wonder why Chris Hayes hasn't been fired, it's because he's BFFs with Maddow and she keeps him on at 8PM as a meat shield. If the suits had their way, Hayes would have been fired and Brian Williams given his time slot but since Maddow has pull, Hayes keeps that prime real estate and Williams got put on the dead zone time slot of 11PM at night.
Also, Maddow is why Keith Olbermann never got rehired even though you would have thought it would have been a no-brainer during the Trump years. Maddow and Keith had a falling out during Keith's final year on the network when he started missing weeks on end (which hurt Maddow's ratings since he was her lead-in) and the whole thing where Keith got caught donating money to DNC candidates, which meant that people like Maddow had to freeze their own under the table, not allowed due to their contracts donations.
As for Joy Reid; she's a pet project of the suits and her and Maddow have different time slot turfs. Giving her the hardball time slot keeps her happy, but I doubt she has ambitions to replace Maddow given that they basically gave her a reskinned version of Hardball.
