Careercow Hayden Black - Untalented comedian with a string of failures including the infamous Gen Zed; suspended from Twitter

So in my search to find Goodnight Burbank episodes, I've come across a wealth of stuff, which I'm still working through. However, I would like to go ahead and post this new show I've found by Hayden Black. After watching this show, I am now finally dead on the inside.

I present you with Teensy Tweets. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9SMQme7HAxo2Oj73iK0ScQ?app=desktop

It's just a short animated show, about 12 episodes of a minute each, and it's literally just more of the same Twitter "jokes" we've been seeing. Examples include:
  • Whole Foods joke about bags makes yet another appearance, although that is the only repeat I've noticed.
  • "Maybe Renee Zelweger has swapped places with the Rebee Zelweger from the Bizarro dimension. Stranger things have happened."
  • "If they ran Stephen Hawking's voice through Autotune, what would happen to the universe?"
  • "I watched every episode of the Gilmore Girls, right up until I realized they were never going to have sex."
Also the characters look like this.

Even worse, the show is comprised of about 6 animated scenes, but only in the strictest sense of the word. The animation is stiff and not detailed at all, a character turning around is literally just them flipping horizontally, with no in between animation. But these terrible scenes are reused over and over in the episodes, with zero changes. The only thing that changes are which scenes are used in a episode, and the audio. There's no attempt to match lip movements with the audio, it's just the same scene each time.

I don't think any of the characters we see have names or personalities at all. Some of them seem to pray for death, like these poor abominations.

There's also a laugh track, and it is super obnoxious. For one, it's an animated show, so it makes no sense. It reminds me of that claymation show Glenn Martin DDS, which had a laugh track, but wisely dropped it after a few episodes. It's jarring and weird. It's also strange, some of the jokes are more adult material, but some of the laugh track clips are children cheering! And some of the clips are of people laughing like crazy, like this one, about 30-40 seconds in.

Finally, every episode has only a single comment.

I can only hope that Gen Zed is better than this, but, the odds aren't looking great.

I actually came across this shit a while back. It hurt me so much inside I decided to spare you all the misery.

Looks like my plan failed :c

Also, I thought I might as well post a cap of the linked tweet.

Ah, yes, I see her point. You see, I also have a Madoka Magica poster in my room. ... You know, because I identify as and am greatly influenced and inspired by magical girls.

Honestly, I hope Julie posts more. Hayden dodges a lot of questions when he's not being the antichrist of comedy, but Julie is desperately trying to save face for herself and Gen Zed and failing spectacularly.

Right, because you know what I think when I hear "comedy?"

Trans kids killing themselves.

Fucking hilarious.
huehuehue trannies killing themselfs is funnie to me :ween:

Anyway has this show even come out yet? It's like they've been talking about it for months but they've never actually given a release date.

Since Shona's supposed to be a wannabe comedienne, she probably shouldn't stick a poster of a trans-girl who committed suicide on the wall behind her to get her viewers in the mood to laugh. Just saying, there's a bit of a tonal difference.

Aside from the fact that just so happen to be trans, what other reasons are there for putting posters of them up on her wall? I sure as shit know Leelah Alcorn wouldn't be up there if she didn't throw herself in front of a fucking truck.

They actually gave several release dates.
First it was May, then November and now they hope to have maybe finished the pilot by the end of the year. Maybe.

On a side note, they linked to their dashboard instead of their blog. They don't even know how to link their own Tumblr. :sighduck:

The problem isn't necessarily the posters. It's that Shona's entire identity is her transgendered status. It would be like I hung the ugly-ass bisexual flag and symbol all over my walls, shoehorned my sexuality into every conversation I had with people ("as your bisexual roommate, I'd be happy to pick up milk from the store"), felt the need to have people introduce me as bisexual to everyone, and so on. Since I know you read this topic, Julie, I'll go ahead and ask you - does that not seem annoying and attention-seeking to you? Who in the hell wants to be primarily identified by their sexuality or their gender? Isn't that what the LGBT community tries to fight against seeing as discrimination is a very real part of both our reality and history?

So yeah. I call bullshit on your show's shameless need to remind everyone at every possible moment that Shona is trans~! and that makes her (and the show) some special revolutionary concept. It's disgusting.

But remember, they only had 2 1/2 minutes to show the show, they couldn't go fully into her character! And they said she's a stand-up comedian before anything else! Clearly this is all just mock outrage to hide your transphobia! Gen Zed is the most highly anticipated show this year! Pew pew!

Shona/Julie has a point about hanging up stuff that inspires you. I have movie and TV posters in my room, because I am Filmkin and like to be inspired by my ancestors, such as The Secret of Nimh, and the great epic, Freddy Got Fingered.

My room has several Pokémon posters. Clearly I am Pokékin and this is the stuff that inspires me. Clearly.

I am kin with 28 dog breeds, emperor penguins, all the Simpsons, four Animal Crossing characters, the entire cast of all of Rooster Teeth's shows, Mario, Yoshi, and an assortment of Mario's enemies. Also Pokémon.

I mean, I do want to work in the gaming industry but please, most of these posters are up because I thought they looked cool five years ago (with the exception of the RT poster.)

I have a map of Middle Earth, a poster of The Accolade and books about medieval times, Chivalry and the King Arthur Mythos.
truly I am a displaced time-kin

If I had space I would hang a replica of the Bayeaux tapestry, although I think King Harold wouldn't like that.

That's like the kind of shit people write creepypastas about. Holy shit.
