I'd think/hope he'd be vanned by now if it's true given how long ago that video was where he did the breakdown on the subpoena. I'd say that he's in the clear but for all I know they could pick him up tomorrow, but I think he's in the clear if they didn't grab him by now. Right?

I even went back thru some archives to find the exact stream for the timeline. Unless this is a reupload (I think it's the original) it's been a little over a year since Gahoul showed us he was investigated.
