Nutrition person here, I cant say much on Venus with what we know and just basic pictures, but she is incredibly sick. That weight loss surgery she had has made it so her body will never work the same way again when it comes to processing food. After she was hospitalized for the botched procedure she wasn't able to eat and was tube fed, leading to her likely being the healthiest she had been since she was a small child.

During the days with Margo she was thin and puffy looking and I have no doubt that Margo encouraged/ caused her eating disorder by weighing her salads and calling her fat (knowing Margo, it wouldn't shock me is she helped Venus purge what little food she did eat). She was homeschooled and whenever someone tried calling the cops to do a welfare check on Venus or investigate her mother, Margo dragged them away to countries where little to nothing is done for child abuse.

Venus is very obviously suffering from chronic malnutrition and if she ever does get real help (which she won't), and decent doctor would want her as an inpatient right away. I wouldn't be shocked if she would be put on a feeding tube along with a strictly monitored diet. It would be difficult to say what kind of diet she could even be on with her fucked digestive system and her liver likely being in danger mode from all her drinking on top of everything.
