So... I've been feeling like something isn't adding up with the court timelines and a stabbing so I've been looking through Canadian court records and the only court decision I could find so far on a Nader Elshamy is an eviction request.

I'm still looking in case any stabbing decisions are protecting identity but I'm not sure the criteria for that aside from I'd children appear to be involved.

Really? Criminal records are not public in Canada. Only the people named in the report or case can access them. It has to be done in person with ID at the courthouse. You can stop looking.

The situation appears as follows:

- “We do love each other”, not: we did love each other. Normally, people switch to a past tense to talk about finished things.

- She sooo wishes she could turn back time. She’s sooo sorry she spoke out. As usual: it’s not the bad thing we’re sorry for, it’s the fact that others found out about it.

- She edited and posted his lamb shank video. That’s her way to apologize to him. She did not edit herself out of it. I don’t mean those constant Yeses, Of Courses and Exactlies, but the interjection in which she dumbly comments on the smell of rice toasted in butter – that comment did nothing for the video except mark her presence in it.

- The last time he hearted a comment on his channel was 2 hours ago (5:30 a.m. Clotso’s time). Meaning that the phone was not cancelled or anything like that, and he’s not in jail as yet. Don’t know how these things work over there, just noticing that she carefully avoids giving any specific answer as to Nader’s phone issue.

- All of that looks like a kind of tug-of-war between our two lovebirds: who’s more guilty, who has to apologize, who will back down, who will show their underbelly and grovel in the dirt. I guess it’s going to be Clotso.

- Unless (and it’s the biggest unless of all right now) things are going to really have some legal consequences. She “filed a report” with the police yesterday, though it seems she didn’t have to. It looks as if she could’ve refused but, the idiot that she is, didn’t realize it at the time. Do we have a Legal Department here at the Farms to enlighten us about how the official machine works in such cases?

Prognosis:

- A week max and we’ll be back to square one. The question is: is it really possible to achieve? The last time VIBiots buckled quite energetically against Nader’s presence. Chantal allegedly started this online "relationship" predicated upon a lie- that she was into dom/sub dynamics in the bedroom. She clearly isn't subordinate and clearly had no idea of what BDSM was beyond vanilla 50 Shades of Gray (probably the movie).

That "one incident months ago" was probably Nader slapping her and verbally humiliating her.

Add in the fact that both were/are doing drugs. Add in that Chins is a cluster B nightmare. Add in the fact that Chantal never established any boundaries, a verboten list, or a safe word before engaging in this kind of sex. (Play stupid games, win stupid prizes ) Also add in that Chantal is a whiney, bitchy, obstinate who would absolutely try to power bottom which would result in stricter "punishment".

My guess is that Chinny was unprepared for all of this and Nader pressed her trigger buttons that night- namely that she is an unlovable 400 lbs, stinking, ugly hog, without a man who has to whore herself out online to get laid. This is probably the exact time frame any sex tape was allegedly being made. I also believe Chantal consented. If for no other reason than her OF BS and her willingness to flash herself on YT. It was pre-advertisement. The reception wasn't as anticipated.

She still harbors resentment for those statements and the physical "abuse" made during those nights. The damage to her ego would be much greater than any slap (or broom handle) he could give her.

Let's remember that she does not live with this guy, doesn't know his family or friends, doesn't have children (praise be to Allah), and isn't financially dependent on him. All things that usually make leaving a DV situation difficult. She could walk and block and be done with him.

The "abuse" is now the aces in her hand. Her ultimate and trendy excuse. She can trot it out anytime she needs a break, anytime Nader does something that pisses her off (and I think everything not about her pisses her off), and anytime she needs attention.

To Chantal's credit, she changed the dynamics. She is now financially dominating him. Nader probably started out looking for a variety of free casual kinky sex with a woman of low morals and even lower self esteem, but instead found a pay pig. Little did he know what he was getting himself into.

Having said all that, I'm not implying that Nader is a victim or isn't a greasy POS. What I am saying is that CHANTAL LIES. She is a master manipulator without any impulse control nor feelings for anyone besides herself. She changes her mood and attitude on a whim. It gives us whiplash in the stands. Imagine being in any relationship- filial,platonic or sexual, with her. Additionally, as myself and others have noted many times before, we have ZERO PROOF of any of these serious allegations made against King Tut. You have Chantal, FFG and Shannon in a game of telephone each one with YT channels and motives. He could be and could have done all those things. Maybe some of those things. Maybe none of those things. We don't know.

Her aces have backfired on her because she is greedy. Constant claims of abuse to only to go back to her "abuser" when the public asspats start to wane and she needs more personalized attention. Nader will put up with it for a bit more because he is a cockroach with survival instincts. What's a reputation when everyone he cares about is an ocean away, his sugar momma is paying his bills, and it's Eid every day?

What is interesting to me is how long it's going to take her old asspatters and new asspatters to figure all if this out. As well as how they will react when the epiphany strikes. Much like her idol, ALR, she found a new lure to hook a new batch of supporters to eventually turn into haydurs.

As I said in an earlier post, any person unfortunate to have been an actual victim of DV (or know someone) they are going to feel some kind of way. This is the emotional manipulation that Chins is exploiting for personal gains. She's also exploiting the slippery slope of publicly calling bullshit on a DV victim in today's climate.

I don't believe this is going to end as she envisions.

At 3 minutes into this recording (so 5:52 pm Ottawa time, which lines up with the video nicely) there's a call from the dispatcher that goes "We've had several calls with this female on <?> and she is a Caution Sierra, 10-4?" So I assume two things:

1. She's so known to police that the officer doesn't even need an address. Just go C.S.' place.
2. They got several calls for this visit. So her chat called the cops, not Chantal.

Apologies if I missed someone addressing this, but caution sierra means the person is self-harm or suicide risk, not a code for Chins. But it would be interesting if that was about her, she still threatens to kill herself for attention like she did when she was a teenager.
