Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

2025 is when the dethtoll is meant to have kicked in. You have loads of food now, being thrown away, but it isn't getting to shelves at full capacity. It only takes one planned disaster, or an evil plot, to end food abundance.

"A new strain of covid has been detected and is super duper lethal, we're totally cereal. This strain has affected beef, sheep and chickens. Mass incineration has to take place all foot n mouth in the UK. Have fun fighting over the bugs"

That's not taking in to account a chip shortage for lorries, transport companies going under, farms being held to green energy usage or a whole host of other possibilities.

To me, this being planned makes a lot more sense than "illegitimately elected of cunt makes a complete fuck up of the country"
The UK is have some weird issues with food supply and transport, and fertilizer. I just don't see the same thing happening in the USA to that extent.
You say that, but communist regimes of the past had a knack for fucking up the livelihoods of their agricultural peasant classes. Our own government going down that dark road of persecuting our farmers enough that it disrupts or shatters our food production is not out of the realm of possibility. Verdant farmlands in the midwest and great plains means nothing when those who know how to grow corn in bulk or raise cows and chickens suddenly find their equipment breaking down or being seized, or get jailed/killed for resisting government overreach. The 2A is the only thing standing in the way of the Horseman of Famine.
Communists aren't taking over the USA. You'd have a Civil War 2.0 first. If it didn't happen in the 1960s/70s, when there were real communists literally blowing shit up and killing people, it isn't going to happen now.

Maybe a full-on Weekend at Bernie's where they hire someone to impersonate his voice and "Biden" only talks to other countries' leaders over the phone.
I can see this happening, but it will take at least a couple weeks of nothing but broadcasted phone calls before the general populace begins wondering why the president hasn’t made any appearances on national television, and that will be the tell for many that the country is no longer in functioning hands.

...well, even less functioning hands.

They see themselves as the rebels, fighting those in power. You're not going to get much going down that road.
I suspect in Harris' case it has more to do with trying to distance herself from the Biden administration as much as possible to save her own career. Being put in charge of the border looks to me like where the schism between the two of them really began, because in a lot of ways it's setting her up to fail:
-Huge surge to the border the second the administration is sworn in because every Democrat was pandering hardcore for Open Borders during the election
-Can't conduct mass deportations without incurring massive backlash from media and the party base
-Can't do actual open borders without the southwest hard flipping back to Republicans (this is already being seen in border counties in TX)
-Margin of victory in Congress is far too narrow to overcome bipartisan deadlock on immigration reform/amnesty
-Best option is to compromise and try to keep media attention away from the border surge while quietly shipping immigrants to states further inland away from prying eyes, plus you can flip more of the heartland that way
-Federal court gets wise to what you're doing and smacks that down, insisting you return to the "Remain in Mexico" policy of sorting out refugee applications
-Then Haiti goes horribly to shit and a new, even bigger migrant surge hits the border immediately afterwards.

She's got no good options, she was publicly put in charge, and figuring out a way to put the onus on the dementia patient's irresponsibility is the only way to try and salvage any future political prospects.

He's barely coherent and still manages to meet with world leaders, although things get awkward when they try to take questions from the press. He's able to do that absolute minimum necessary to keep up appearances. I'm wondering what will happen if he becomes unable to do even that. The media may run interference but if months go by when he never speaks to another head of state what's going to happen? Maybe a full-on Weekend at Bernie's where they hire someone to impersonate his voice and "Biden" only talks to other countries' leaders over the phone.
I wonder how those meetings go, and if it's an open secret that Ol' Joe is getting fucked by the ravages of aging. Are the people in charge of NATO aware of how demented he is exactly and are keeping it under wraps so that the whole fucking alliance doesn't collapse? Are they being kept out in the dark and only see him when he's got enough Ritalin pumped in him to kill a classroom of hyperactive students?

Hell, if it's an open secret, Americas enemies must be rock hard right now. It's the perfect time to do whatever they want and no one can really stop them. If ever he spazzes out on live TV, that'll be the day the whole thing comes crashing down.

This reminds of the time between Brezhnev's death (when he was pretty much a potato like Biden towards the end) and Andropov/Chernenko before the General Secretary post went to Gorbachev.
If ever he spazzes out on live TV, that'll be the day the whole thing comes crashing down.
Stop, I can only get so wet.

This is the front page of CNN.com right now.

1) How many fucking mentions of Trump are on this page?
2) Why is there no mention of the fact that like 20-30% of the hospital workers in NYS just were forcibly resigned?

Holy shit the media desperately needs Trump back, don't they?
I like the caption they have under that fat fuck traitor. "Here's what might lie ahead if Trump wins the White House again."

It's weird. On one hand, they're afraid of him coming back. But on the other hand, they know they need him.

So, it looks like NYC hospital workers believe they can always get another job but they can't get another life, lots of Board of Education employees feel the same way and the NYPD is being hit with record numbers of resignations.

I hate to say it but acceleration is GO

We export food, we literally throw tons of it away (which is a disgrace) all the time. No one is starving in the USA. You might see scenes similar to the Great Depression but we aren't Russia, or China.
Commies REALLY enjoy taking farms from farmers and giving them to the poors who don't know what to do with them.

Couldn't happen to a nicer lady.

This is all true, but the problem is that even the employers have no say in the matter when the Governor of the state flat out "voluntarily resigns" them for you.

Do you think NYS wanted to let go of all their unvaccinated nurses when they were already short staffed and burnt out to begin with? I'm sure some looney admin wanted to, but most had ZERO say in the matter, and that's the worst part about all of this.
That was sort of the point. The mandates are bleeding companies big and small, and have a seriously significant cost. The low-cost performative virtue signaling of yesterday is gone, they can't just post #GetTheVaxx on the company Twitter and put up some signs. They've been backed into a corner by their alliance that was made with the BLM and TrustTheScienceUwU progs into a position that stands to cost them dearly.

As @Gehenna might note, that deepens the schism between the factions, as the Business wing is getting severely damaged in the Establishment's desperate attempts to appear legitimate and powerful. At least that's my thoughts, I'm sure he'll correct me though.

That’s the problem, Governors in general have gotten their hands on a lot of power thanks to the pandemic and ones like Hochul are using that power to basically alter the economy like the state is their personal fiefdom, or a communist republic depending on youe point of view. An inexperienced, easily pressured and influenced Governor like Hochul trying to micromanage the industries of one of the country’s largest states is going to end in disaster. Resigning might be one of the worst things Cuomo ever did as Governor.

In 2008, the recession wasn't a full recession, the can was kicked down the road and we saw mass unemployment. Mass printing of money etc.

The financial egg heads said this would cause a bigger recession down the line with inflation or whatever (I'm not a financial egg head)

Well, covid caused us to print a shit load of money. It's causing people to be laid off, left right and centre and is causing shortages which is decreasing the (cost to manufacture) quality and quantity of products on shelves. IF the theory that the coof was released on purpose is true, then it seems to suggest that this the US bankera deciding when to trigger the next, inevitable and apparently much, much worse recession.
You're 100% correct here but allow me to explain how it's all 100× worse than you originally thought. Almost none of that money was used to actually expand the economy, the banks have been pouring it straight into jacking up property values and stock prices. It's so bad that some estimates put the amount of "money" in the worlds stock markets at several quadrillion dollars or a couple hundred times more than the entire worlds GDP. Now to the inflation, it hasn't gotten apocalyptic for a reason, velocity of money, or how quickly money is entering the broader economy. Like I said earlier, most of the money that the world governments created is locked up in investments, meaning it hasn't entered the general economy yet. That will all change once the rich and powerful decide to cash their chips out in order to buy real, hard, recession proof assets. Us peasants won't be warned when it happens, one day the whole thing will just collapse in on itself and they'll have scumfuck reporters on TV telling you that nobody in the world could have ever predicted such an outcome. The path we've been set on since 2008 has always been doomed, the pandemic has just accelerated the timeline.

TL;DR The entire world is running on Enron tier accounting logic and we are F U C K E D. Diversify your savings to include non fiat assets.

I'm sure they do but first the US would have to get communists elected (by hook or by crook) into office where they have the power to do such shenanigans and given the decentralized nature of the US they couldn't do it in one or two states at best.

I'm almost certain at this point Cuomo got some "assurances" so that the DNC can get their crazy bitch in there, and then anyone that disagrees with her must be sexist.

I thought real-ass commies properly taking over was the hypothetical we were working with. Place is too damn big and has too many guns for that right now.
