Russ wants a do over! But it's just not faiiiiirrrrrrr! Mooooooommmmmmmyyyyyyyyyyyy!
“Dear Judge Campbell,

I think you’re an idiot who doesn’t know how to apply the law, so here’s how you’re supposed to do it. Twitter saying something means it’s a proven fact. Also, Greg Skordas gave me a panic attack.

Give me money and make me famous.

Russell ‘I have my paralegal degree’ Greer.

Ps: It was too filed in good faith, because I think so. Frick’s sake, do you even law?”

This is beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. Russ is actually telling a judge she has no idea of the law or how to apply it. The gall of this bloke. I’d love for Judge Campbell to give the goblin an in-person dressing down, but she’s definitely got far better things to do than bother with internet slapfights.

It's been well and truly covered that there are plenty of disabled folks who have done well, unlike Russ. I was on a different thread about Lillee Jean and Laur Trueman (I highly recommend them. They are Russ levels of delusional, right down to Laur thinking she is a lawyer, except they are trying to be famous influencers, not Pop Star Pussy Slayers). These days there are also just specifically disabled-focussed niche markets, especially in media.

There are products that are literally designed for certain disabilities and needs to be advertised. Models and actors who have things like Downs Syndrome or birth defects. As for facial disfigurement, this pair of sisters, Milly and Abigail Shapiro (not that one), are doing well (Milly was the girl in Hereditary and Abigail is the Monkey Girl in Doom Patrol). They have Creidocranial displasia, which makes your bones fucked up and it gives you a sort of caved in look.

Then you have people like Vitoria Bueno who make serious bank on Instagram as a ballerina and advertising everything from sanitary pads to sportswear.

Then you have companies that literally market themselves on being disabled-run like Alivia or brands like Savage X Fenty who have Little People, amputees, and disfigured women in their ads.

Funny how some of these women are on Instagram, are extremely hot, and Russ isn't interested in them. Wonder why???
Because every damn one of them would collar the greasy gourd, slam him up against the wall, and proceed to tell him like it T I IS!

And someone posted a clip of some British woman on TV with Mobius. Difference between her and the gourd is STRIKING. No, she can't shut her eyes or make facial expressions, but you could actually hear and sense them. Her eyes had sparkle and life. They were not the eyes of a corpse in the midst of rigor mortis. But that's Russ. He's not just creepy because he leaves creepy comments and says/does inappropriate things. Every single facet about Russell Greer makes you want a Silkwood shower after having the experience.

How long until Russ sues the judge...?

"Judge Campbell misrepresented herself as the kind of judge who finds in favor of plaintiffs. Not letting me sue is therefore a breach of her Judicial Celebrity Duty, and a violation of FTC guidelines against publicity stunts!

Furthermore, in May of 2021, Judge Campbell ruled in favour of a plaintiff who did NOT suffer from facial paralysis {{{details about unrelated case here}}}. Dismssing my case, but not his, proves that Judge Campbell is discriminating against me, solely on the basis of my disability!

I ask the court to award me $800,000 in damages. Also, Judge Campbell must go on a date with me; tell her she needs to wear black highheels and her sexiest judge robe, but not to worry about her purse - I will pay for whatever she wants to eat at Olive Garden, because I am a true gentleman."

It's so beautiful that he still doesn't know what bad faith means even though an actual judge has explained it it to him in person before. You can't just apologize if the judge perceived your shit to be bad faith and then said you totes didn't mean it that way. 🤣

Judge: "It is not enough for contributory liability for a defendant to have merely “permitted” the infringing material to remain on the website..."

Greer: "The Court overlooked the fact that Plaintiff did indeed properly plead inducement by explaining in Paragraph 111 that Moon is “materially contributing to the infringement by running and managing a website that allows users to steal and dump everything about Greer." (emphasis that of a goblin)

Does Russ think that "allowed" is different enough from "permitted" as to matter here?

I supposed this motion can just be left up to the judge so as to save on legal fees... but I don't think Russ is done. Because, again, this is his hobby. He won't stop until he actually faces some sort of consequence.

Edit: "Anybody who ends up on the site, gets bullied until they take their lives." Citation fucking needed, Rebecca Gerber will never do the world that favor.

"The Court admits plaintiff’s life has been made hard and difficult, due to Defendants’ site’s
purpose of attracting the trolls, so it would only make sense for the court to allow Greer to
amend his complaint to attempt to cure/clarify the third prong that Plaintiff strongly believes and has shown is in his Complaint, if the Court emphasizes with him"

Goddamn it, we knew the pipsqueak was gonna take even a hint of sympathy to mean he was right.

Also LOL

When opposing counsel entered on behalf of Defendants, Plaintiff truthfully had a panic attack
that affected his mental and physical health. He truly wrestled for 6 months on whether he should
inform the Court of the past litigation history between Mr. Skordas and himself.

"If the last judgement taught me anything, it's that I should try, try, try, and try again. Because everyone is an idiot. Would an idiot spend 5 years learning how to be a paralegal? No! Obviously this judge was one her period and slept with Skordas so we need a re-trial"

Godspeed, you fucking goblin!

He won't stop until he actually faces some sort of consequence.
He's already seen consequences, he just hasn't acknowledged them as stemming from his own actions.

He blamed Taylor Swift when he lost his job at a law firm and couldn't get anything other than janitorial work afterward. He blamed her for losing his friends and creating distance from his family. He blamed Soundcat Studios for the poor reception to "I Get You," and Kiwifarms gets the blame for his music career not taking off since.

He wasn't this badly off years ago. Even though he was socially awkward and had issues with women, he had friends and a job in his field of study. Russell has already destroyed his own life and there's no coming back from all that he's done.

The only way things could get worse is if he becomes homeless, gets killed by a pimp for looking at a hooker the wrong way, or goes to prison.

Classic. I like how he's really going for that KF deathtoll angle.
Some choice quotes:

Russel Greer said:
Plaintiff was only showing the Court, as stated in the supplemental briefs, that
people are suffering as a result of Kiwi Farms. It seems pretty relevant if people are literally
killing themselves because of Defendant’s site for this Court to know. It’s not an alleged fact. It’s
been proven by news outlets and researchers.
Russel Greer said:
At times, Plaintiff feels
he is stuck in a hole and that his life is ruined. The dismissal of Greer’s complaint took an
emotional toll on Greer, but he has gathered the strength to respectfully show the Court that an
error of law and fact was made in dismissing the complaint.

And I wonder who's responsible for it...

The dismissal of Greer’s complaint took an emotional toll on Greer,
He must be seething hard he can't sue the court.

but he has gathered the strength to respectfully show the Court that an error of law and fact was made in dismissing the complaint.
"Respectfully, you don't know how to do your job, Your Honor"

That's right, in Greer's explanation of Fair Use, criticism isn't fair. Not fair, not fair, not fair!

You know what's usually missing from legal docs? SHOUTY CAPS. That'll convince the judge.

Yep. He made that claim in a legal filing. "Anybody who ends up on the site gets bullied until they take their lives." Anybody. Users, cows, passing mentions. Nice chatting with you folks. I have to an hero now.

Kiwi Farms is analogous to Napster because it allows users to share files. It exists solely to distribute Russell's intellectual property. It's so obvious!

I love sincere apologies. "I'm so sorry your perceptions were wrong, judge. You should have looked at these other opinion articles that prove my point."

His feelings were hurt, judge, but he's such a heroic figure, he'll power through and show you how wrong you are. Brave little soldier.

In all seriousness, it's tragic that Russ blames a tiny, cockroach-infested corner of the internet for all his problems. He jumped into the public arena head first, sued celebrities left and right, and campaigned for highly controversial and morally questionable subjects. The fact that his actions invited criticism seems beyond his comprehension.

And he still has his books on Amazon. It's not like he's trying to hide his history. He just doesn't like that people exist who don't agree with him, and he wants them to shut up.
