I'm kinda there with you if it wasn't for certain blue cheeses that I really like.Fwiw I can't stand blue cheese or ranch. I've always been weird about those flavors. So I kinda get the wings touching them and not wanting to eat it.
I've tried liking bleu cheeses, and it's just not my thing.
I mean Danish Blue is nasty. But something like Stilton? That's fucking delicious. So is Roquefort and I am fond of certain blue brie type cheeses like Cambozola. But it's fine if Jr doesn't like it. He doesn't seem to be an adventurous eater.
A lot of people want their burgers rare because they're so "juicy". Although Mushbrain just calls them "wet".I was wondering about that.
And if the beef is good, has been freshly cut and ground then having it rare isn't a bad thing. It's when that beef was ground two days ago and has been sitting in the fridge since then. Then you're risking food poisoning if you eat it rare.
