A number of people were saying he was talking about Perspicacity because of the language ("he wouldn't have said Ralph if he were talking about him, Nick is very precise when he talks" shit), so I figured I'd dispel doubt.

Ralph and Perspicacity's gambit here is just weird and idiotic.

Firstly, there is no way in hell Nick suddenly forgot that he's licensed in Minnesota and not Virginia when he was speaking with Ralph about the sex tape. What would posses Ralph to think there was ever an attorney-client relationship? Oh wait, Ralph is stupid and lying. Nevermind.

Secondly, the thing with Pro Hac Vice (if you wanna go that route) is that Ralph would STILL have to employ an attorney licensed in Virgina. Pro Hac Vice is for associate counsel. Like if you wanna bring in a specialist not available locally.

Thirdly, why would Nick ever serve as his attorney in this or any other thing?

More likely the two of them just talked about the sex tape, and now Ralph is assmad that a drunk boomer laughed at him sharting. Never change Ralph.

Hopefully Nick has a nice show tonight. I would recommend he drink something distilled with CORN.

I don't see Dick maintaining ties with Ralph. This year the two don't seem to interact as much, but Ralph's burning bridges with mutuals and eventually Dick's gonna have to pick.

I've said it plenty of times before but I think Road Rage Tampa was the first time Dick distanced himself from Ralph. Ralph was only kept on the show to be content and kicked from the after party for Digibro. Digi wasn't even in the show. If Dick actually liked Ralph and was forced to pick, he would've chosen Ralph.

Vegas was a bust. Dick didn't really advertise it and he wasn't there that long. The hedonistic alpha Chad Dick Masterson couldn't find a reason to stay.

If the decision is purely regarding the grift, Nick's the choice. He's still allowed to stream on YouTube so he's got reach. Nick having more of a life/family also probably makes him less insufferable in private. Ralph being terminally online, I'm sure he vents about every little thing to Gator and Dick.

I do know Nick tends to get pretty heated when somebody questions his professional conduct, so... to your point... I hope there is a lot of screaming at and about Ralph tonight. Maybe some zingers mixed in.

Screaming might be more entertaining but if King Grifter calmly and methodically breaks down what a retard Ralph is being I think it’d fuck with him even more.
