Okay, Something that has been bothering me with this whole bill drama thing that has been eating up the news like crazy, why did the democrats create this problem to begin with?
No seriously, first of all, we still don't have a clear and tangible idea of what this bill that aim to spend over 5 trillion bucks is hoping to accomplish, nor it was something that was campaign on or that the people are clamoring upon, since no one really knows what it really does.
Yes, I know there was the "build back better" shit, but it is meaningless campaign jargon, like "yes we can" or "Make America Great Again", all people wanted from Biden was to not be Trump and stop covid.
And yet, here we are, all hubabalub over some crazy spending bill, something that americans were never crazy about no matter red or blue, and now that is the hinge point to see if Biden's administration is a failure or not, a hinge point that was never really necessary in the first place.
I heard the argument that Biden wants a legacy, something to build statues upon, the new FDR bullshit, and while politicians are indeed narcissists fucks, simple logic would say that the time and problems FDR was facing and today's global economy are not compatible for a similiar solution isn't that right? So isn't just being a capable administrator and responsible with the publicmachine isn't good enough for being president? Maybe get a head start on medi care, expand on obama care, I dunno, something more realistic and tangible, and I would think most of his cabinet would say something similiar right?
Instead this adm created this monster that makes no sense, and is set to be the mark of failue one way or the other for Biden, and i just don't get why.
