I would like to get even more autistic than usual and want to discuss about pedophilia problem and worrying apathy toward it.
TLDR
Pedophilia is merely a symptom of a bigger problem. corporate media and the ones, namely the Big tech that keep pushing right stories to the public consciousness. They both have to be done away with to even tackle this pedophilia problem. The reason why pedophiles these days are so blatantly proud to show they are into children is that there seem to be considerable amount of advocates in the high places that manipulate the media to their favour, thus they don't face the proper repercussion at all. Even if they get caught, mainstream media do not do these pedos the same courtesy they did to incels, antivaxxers and conspiracy theorists or Qanon boomers at the insurrection. Look at how people in general look at scapegoats corporate media wagged their finger at with indignation, with disdain and treating them with sheer hostility. So pedophilia problem can only be tackled once we do something about corporate media and Big Tech and therein lies the problem, we know GOP will do jackshit about them. Conservative pundits are mostly made up of wet blankets that only make loud noises, actually not really do anything meaningful. If the society could treat pedos like subhumans, while it will not eradicate the problem, it will reduce the number to a considerable amount. In the end, I don't think pedophiles that brag in social media will go away until more people start caring about this. If it was a ideal world, I would have wanted people that pushed drag queen story time hour investigated. I find it absolutely unfortunate that Brett Blomme case got buried very fast in the mainstream media when it could have made more publicity and investigate his social circle further with fine brush comb but it's obvious that isn't going to happen.

I wanted to comment on it to express the absurdity of the case and suggest a potential solution to stop the wide spread but I thought making a new thread to sum up my thoughts was better because I also want to remark on the topic of pedophilia and why I think it is futile to eradicate the problem.
What's interesting about this Milwaukee judge being convicted for pedo is, I was reminded of John Wayne Gacy case. Like Brett Blomme, Gacy was also in a position of power well-loved by his community. He entered the democratic party politics and managed to become the appointed director of Chicago's annual Polish Constitution Day Parade. I know the title wasn't as important as the judge of children's court, but I'm betting he was aiming for that similar important role. As some of us already have known all these 20th centuries philosophers of critical theory and cultural essays are pedophilia advocates or outright pedophiles themselves. And general populace as apathetic as they are, they still draw the line at child sexualisation and exploitation. These elites realising their massive fuckup directs the corporate media to distract the mass with some bullshit stories that shouldn't be big deal and drag them for month like making social pariah out of someone convenient like boomers that get tricked by Feds to do illegal activities such as storming the capital building. I can at least remember 4 or 5 bullshit stories being carefully constructed to demonise the certain set of group of people last 4 years.
I want to clarify the definition of pedophilia referencing few people that spoke about this. It is not just limited to having a sexual preference towards underdeveloped body, rather it is more about having fantasy of having control over weak, vulnerable person smaller than the perpetrator which @Secret Asshole explained in detail. This is why being a pedophile means having a symptom of psychopath and when you see them in social media uncaught, they usually outright express their fetish gleefully without any shame knowing they will not get repercussion. When LGBT got widely accepted in the west, I bet the pedos were over the moon with this news knowing they are the next alphabet in line to be tolerated. Predictably enough, you see how fast progressives push for the next degeneracy. Up to now, we had drag queen story time hour and a trans kid strip dancing last 2 years unsurprisingly praised by corporate media to be "progressive". I find both of these activities that enable pedos to control over minors by dressing it up with pretty words like promoting education, acceptance and diversity. There should have been enough common sense to put the foot down and say no but you know how it is. The current problem of pedophilia is not just the pedophiles themselves but it's the way they conduct, like making a tight-knit group organising child trafficking, trading child porn using the dark web, etc and mocking the general populace with blatant flaunting of their degeneracy with symbols and whatnot because they know they can get away with it. While we cannot completely eradicate the problem, I think we can drastically reduce the number. I think we need to keep a record of people that announced themselves pedo advocates and people that approved Cuties to be made and treat them like second class citizens, especially ones that advertise their degeneracy like how MSM spurs the viewers to treat anti-vaxxers like trash. Ones that already are offender, we basically treat them like subhumans. And democratic party should perhaps next time vet the individual carefully before electing him into important positions in the future?
