There's just one problem with an automatic death sentence for pedos. It gives them an incentive to murder their victims. If one of them molests a kid and then he knows that kid's word can put him on death row, he's already in as deep as he can get so why not make sure the kid will never talk?

The thing is that it wouldn’t be automatic. Why? Because the reality of upping something to the death penalty means that you are stuck keeping the lower punishments on the table.

It puts the risk/reward thought process into the criminal intent, which in and of itself is a discouraging factor, which could prevent the molestation in the first place.

Now ENFORCEMENT, that is where the killer is going to be. If it is enforced properly, it will be a great first step towards solving the problem.

To be fair this is why those on the right or standing against the left need to stop caring about the optics game. Even without Trump support they'll still label him a Nazi. I don't agree that in a civilised society, we act like animals or worse, like criminals ourselves. It makes us stoop to their levels, makes us less than human and shows hypocrisy on massive levels. I have a big problem with countries like America having the death penalty, while also making murder illegal.

While I'm not religious, I don't believe we should put ourselves in the position of Gods, or Nature. We have no right to take another life, as much as that life has no right to take another.

That said, I also HUGELY disagree with solitary confinement, and find it is worse than capital punishment. To confine a living creature in a way like that is beyond the most evil act i can think of. Even those in Hell have company.

FWIW, those who commit murder, who have chosen to not live by the rules of man, should be exiled to live in nature, by the rules of nature. What happens after that, is between them and Gaia. If a 60 year kills his kids and is dropped in the wilderness, only to be eaten by bears, then that is the circle of life. We should never interfere or break that ring. I stayed up until around 3 AM that night with some shitty Chardonnay (grabbed the wrong thing out of the fridge), slept three hours, then felt out of body the entire next day like I imagine everyone else not sucking Biden cock here did.

Sure. I've always argued for re-patriation myself, as it seems to more practical approach. I'd go so far as to offer up a one time lump sum equal to perhaps a decade worth of welfare and a free ticket back to homeland for them, in exchange for the renouncement of their citizenship. With a fat wad of cash and non-oppressive environment of a non-White country they should thrive, right?
