Powerlevel but I cut my eye teeth on Narnia and that shit is problematic as all get out however it's a good story and I read it in a naive fashion when I was 10 but now I have a more nuanced view.
How is it that in the last 30 years the left has gone from "Let people make their own opinions about fiction" to "Lock up your daughter, lock up your wife" censorship to the point where people aren't trusted to look at a bunch of stuff and reach their own conclusions?
People out here tryna censor "Little House" and although I am well aware of the Libertarian propaganda therein, the white settlers had legit reasons to distrust the natives and vice versa.
Let the kids read it and when they are grownass adults they can make their own judgements.
