The problem with this is that it doesn't explain all of facebooks related services going down - They're all hosted on different webservers. Which either means they're colocating them and rolling out updates universally across all of them, which is weird on multiple levels, or something else coordinated broke, or someone else coordinated to break it.![]()

Maybe my networking knowledge is out of date, but I don't see why the companies would coordinate their nameservers like that and share configure updates blanket across them. If a more networked individual has insight, please do correct me.
