Other than what is stated in Judas' letter of graduation (she won't be reincarnating at all anywhere). Considering they might be debuting within this week or next week she would have had to graduate at least a month or two prior to this, considering Nova (Elira), Mint (Pomu), and Miki (Rosemi) graduated in that time frame. The two "chink bloods" in NijiEN (Petra and Selen) are 2nd gen Hong Kong girls living outside of the mainland apparently (Selen is in Canada and Petra is probably JP or somewhere outside of HK).

Aki played MC today and confirmed at the time stamp 1:52 h (hope the archive works, no clips yet) that the servers are really connected. Sana joined the EN server while Aki being on the JP server and both started chatting. The future interactions are going to be glorious

If by 'Chink Blood' you mean a Hong Konger, a woman who supported Hong Kong independence, a possible Hmong (can't remember if this is just a rrat at this point) and a woman born in Japan then sure, NijiEN is rife with chinks.
