Edit: Just tested and Oculus works fine. All downloaded games and apps start and play with no problem. The store is totally down and dashboard (OH NO no ads!), but you can still access all of your stuff though the bottom "main" menu just fine.

I can confirm my previous statment still, and also by adding that the online infrastructure (Multiplayer) does indeed still continue to work as well.

facebook should die but i did needed to use whatsapp today and was delayed because of it, i also use instagram to promote my work and has been useful to network with. More than a generic "haha fuck social media" my argument is we may want to start realizing how shit it is all of it is owned by the same company, stuff like this is only the tip of the iceberg of what could go wrong when one monopoly holds all the cards.

I suggest switching to telegram if that's an option. It has all of the same whatsapp features but isn't owned by facebook.
