The insanity being that their unstated point in that comic is that allowing a grooming victim's genitals to grow naturally is, somehow, genital mutilation by natural process.

Also Intersex does not mean what they think it means. It literally means hermaphrodite (which never breed true and actually are almost always sterile). I had thought they meant it as an even woker-than-thou replacement for Transsexual, but the hermaphrodite medallion on the redneck (surprised they didn't give him tits) suggests they're literally suggesting it's possible to be a chick with a working dick and balls and cunt in real life.
