Haz is correct that first-world men in second- and third-world countries are often sexpats. To be so defensive over this statement is funny. I do not think Emerican Johnson is a sexpat, though. He is simply one of the very few leftists who moved to a state that endorses Marxism. In this case, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

On the other hand, Haz’s ranting about being an Arab is pretty funny. I am not too familiar with his biography, but did he not grow up in the US? Is his whole group merely a bunch of Americans larping as second- and third-worlders?

I found "legitimate" news to most is just news that agrees with their viewpoints. Though honestly most all mainstream news is trash and only is useful for branching out towards other news sources that either are slightly more balanced or get into the nuts and bolts of it.

He's Lebanese, so he's unironically less arab than most others in the middle east. Phoenicians aren't as durka durka than most other ethnic groups in the region. Theres a reason why some Lebanese are still Christians and aren't being killed off.
