Brianna Wu / John Walker Flynt - "Biggest Victim of Gamergate," Failed Game Developer, Failed Congressional Candidate

Can't wait for her reaction and claims of racism, toxic masculinity and the whole lot, when this shit flops.

I feel the dramatization of GamerGate was encapsulated in the Law & Order: SVU episode perfectly, I suppose Wu feels its time for a remake?

OH boy. Oh fucking boy. :story:
They just can’t let it go can they? They’ve been milking this cow for so long that the cow has already died and had its flesh consumed by maggots. Now they’re grinding up the cow’s bones and mixing them with water to create a horrifying facsimile of milk.

Whoever is funding this shite must not be expecting any financial return on the project, they’re doing it purely for tired political reasons. Honestly, who does this storyline appeal to? The target audience is pretty narrow as far as I can tell. You’ve got your Twitter troons, your blue-haired dykes, your male ally soyim, Kirtaner, maybe a few 30-something wine aunts who own multiple cats, and a handful of ungrateful wymxn in the gaming industry. Guaranteed to be a breakaway hit!

An actual good documentary would involve trying to figure out which groups is worse: the pro or anti gamer gate people.
An actual good documentary would go into the Defence Department connections, why Quinn the complete unknown cheap porn mercenary came onto the scene with a publicist agency behind her at a time when literally no independent developers had one of those two months after domestic propaganda was legalised for the State Dept, what the nature of the gaming-for-behaviour-modification research was that they were connected to, where did the money come from, what were the connections of the people running the developer communities/media list where the initial shit went down, stuff like that.
I couldn't care less about the team bullshit.
