Twitch has been compromised

  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.
Another thing to note from what I'm hearing is that all the payout data only includes anything handled directly via Twitch via bits, bounties, subs and the like. I assume just about every major streamer on the list also uses donations in some fashion and those are usually handled externally by StreamLabs et al - Twitch tried to wrestle some control of that with the bits system but hardly anyone uses them and Twitch takes a significant cut of the money from bits anyways.

It's very likely that almost all their actual earnings are way, WAY fucking higher than the figures given. I shudder to imagine that stream in first place likely having made more than 10mil, let alone just under that ballpark, since Aug 2019, all for sitting on their ass playing Dungeons & Dragons.

Rob them all.
Most importantly it doesn't include sponsorships which typically make up a huge amount of revenue for large streamers.

meglove, apparently removed her twitch acc
That's the one! I remember her being ugly, but not that ugly. Always wondered if her illness was physiological or just psychological.

She'd just sit there with a game on pause and rarely play it, yet she'd still have her Subscribe button active and would play an ad every couple of minutes and accept simp bucks for her obese tits awkwardly center of frame and her double chin.

Other online names were Meg9955 and Themorina1. Her Twitter is still pretty active, with the last post 3 hours ago.

What a shitshow.

Keep in mind that these hoes apparently make most of their money on OnlyFans. Alinity herself said at some point that Twitch donations are pocket change in comparison.
Which explains why there's so few thots on the list of top streamers by income and why they're so far behind male gaming channels.
Alinity only started with OF while streaming for years. Judging by what's here, her OF is piss poor, surely not enough to make bank. That girl whose name still escapes me makes loads on OF, with some accountant work with high paying old dudes or her Dad. Meh.

Bits seem to have replaced donations on the streams I've checked.

1) 1337 left wing hacker group punishes companies for allowing human beings to speak mostly censored instead of completely censored

2) A couple hackers discover a huge array of security flaws on big sites and are having a great time metaphorically cup-checking them (Queens "Don't Stop Me Now" plays)

3) As mentioned earlier, some particularly "woke" employees decided to "take down the man" and messed everything up intentionally

4) Same as #3 but they did so through incompetence

I'm surprised too that his amount is less than I thought, but he's certainly not hurting for money. In Vinny's case, he's probably pulling less than he did prior to the #metoo scandal attempt.

Critikal is making absurd stacks, though. Holy shit. I know he draws in tens of thousands of viewers, so it shouldn't come as a surprise to me. Makes me wonder how Huggbees/Andrew does in comparison?

months back, Charlie was making a big deal about how he got his fans to donate a collectively large sum to someone whose pet dog who needed expensive surgery, but the grand total was a drop in the bucket for even one month of pay outside of his now-revealed twitch earnings. i can't help but regard him much more harshly than before, and i never had a very high opinion of him either. people like him are all the same kind of anodyne, inauthentic grifters. they feel good about getting others to do things but never act themselves. he's had incredible wealth for who knows how long and what has he actually done with it? besides hosting a few surprise giveaways to small streamers on twitch who'll never actually amount to anything. not because they necessarily lack talent or gumption, but because these platforms are designed to make most of their users fail and keep them in the pits.

the bible has a passage about being wary of those who pray in public. i can't see crit1kal's flaunting of his own wealth as anything but a way to get others to look at him and go, "aw, look how generous he is!" when he's really just a sycophantic piece of shit who traded years of potential away to become a black hole of moral value and cultural relevance.

what people do with their own money is their concern. i believe that, and i'm not shitting on the concept; i'm not expecting everyone to be the mysterious benefactor who stepped in to donate a large sum of money to an indie team trying to make an MMO and basically save them all with no strings attached. but it's really hard to look favorably at someone with substantial reach and deep pockets when all they do is try to funnel more money into themselves or their interests while, inevitably, espousing some kind of pro-communist bullshit down the line. which Charlie has. he's a big proponent for endless covid lockdowns, sneers at people who argue against masks, and has plainly supported BLM.

take DSP for instance. the prince of e-begging next to King Jimmy Wales. he's made tons of money, more than at least 90% of people in the world. he's thrown it all away, he's an insufferable loser, he's never given a shit about what he had, and always complained about how he desperately needed others to give him more when, in reality, he was never in any danger and continues to not be in any danger.

so of course, people gave him more money. lunacy.

5) A similar op to that dam hacking that probably has ties to US gov

I will say Cr1tikal is a pretty genuine person, the odds of him being a secret asshole are incredibly low

Too many hacks are happening to too many large companies in too short of a time. Im getting convinced something big is going to happen in the near future.
What's happening is the jenga of shit tech is one pulled block away from crashing down. It's stacked way too high and no one is able to properly secure all of it or even keep it stable anymore.
People who don't get tech are making conspiracy theories about this, but if you've done any tech work in the last 10 years you've seen this coming.
