It doesn't make a ton of sense considering they departner people for far less and refuse to partner other people for seemingly no reason.

I forget who it was but there are a few indies who cannot get partnered after several requests despite pulling the numbers. This is usually attributed to Twitch noting that regardless of viewership, these people have whales that don't blow their cash through Twitch. If you promote another way of making revenue such as Streamlabs, ko-fi, etc. or run a fuckton of charity streams, you're not making enough money for Twitch to give a fuck about you.

I feel like if I were to try to find my channel on the leak list it would take literal days of scrolling.

A bulk of those numbers came in during her "graduation tour". I was keeping my eye on her Playboard numbers from time to time prior to her graduation announcement and she really wasn't making a lot on YouTube (not sure about the Twitch numbers though). Her graduation announcement and the bit of fanfare surrounding it by her small but active community of fans and collaborators actually got her some new eyeballs/attention.

(Don't know when she started or stopped streaming. Didn't care about the gremlin. So actual money made could be different if she made a bunch before mid-year 2019. And yes, Hololive has a salary.
