And I had the recently-revived Dunkaroos again. The vanilla cookies are decent but I may have figured out why I didn't like the icing and it's the texture: it feels too grainy compared to my memories of the original icing.
It probably doesn't help that that icing is so ridiculously sweet it's almost cloying too. Child me didn't mind that, but adult me sure did.

SoBe still exists but it's become really hard to find, they also got rid of the glass bottles in favor of plastic ones.

I find it ironic/telling that they want to be more "environmentally friendly" while replacing easy-to-reuse glass bottles into plastic ones.

As for discontinued food, not particularly any brand per se, but I haven't found any fun snack foods that dye your tongue weird colors. Not like colored hard sugar candy, but like the color-change cheetohs.

Reminds me of Tongue Splashers gum. Used to get those all the time as a kid. Apparently they’re still being made but I haven’t seen them since probably 1995

Even Snapple is in glass bottles. I don't find that many drinks that aren't in plastic. We always hear about how awful water bottles are. Yet here we are sticking everything drinkable in plastic.

Did you perhaps forget a word? Because even Snapple made the switch.

Snapple is currently phasing out glass bottles. Every snapple I've had recently- and every snapple I sold last year as a temp cashier- was in a plastic bottle.

the only drink i can think of other than beer that comes in glass rn is mexican coke/sprite

Some Voss water comes in glass bottles. Tbh, I would only buy this overpriced crap for the glass bottle. RC Cola used to be in glass bottles until fairly recently, but now I can't find that either. Goya ginger beer, and their other sodas, come in glass bottles.

I assume there's just a shortage but I haven't been able to buy sparkling water in 1 or 2 liter bottles for months. (Best value by far, forget those can scams)

I miss all my childhood fatgirl snacks with a passion. 💔💔💔💔

Any fellow brits remember these bad boys ? They blew pot noodles out the water. Think chow mein was my favourite.

Super Noodles To Go - Grilled Steak Flavour Package.jpg

I miss the old golden wonder pot noodles too. The ones chocked full of sodium and the little soya pieces in them. Had one recently and they're just not as good. Just watery rubbery noodles.
