Twitch has been compromised

I looked up some of my favorite streamers in that doc. Most of them don't get more than 100-200 viewers. MANY of them are making POVERTY wages.

I'm talking 15K-30K a year. Some of these smaller "full time" streamers gottta be either whoring themselves on Onlyfans or are selling drugs or something.

Uber drivers can make more than most twitch streamers.
Yeah twitch streaming isn't that profitable and if you don't have tits and a beautiful face even less profitable.

However alot of the rich twitch streamers are breadtubers and etc...

The fact that every relevant social media and streaming platform is hosted and controlled by bugmen in Silicon valley who's world views are all the same and align with only a fraction of a fraction of a percent of the worlds views is scary. Go 30 miles outside of San Francisco (or any major city) to a small town and ask them what they think of demi-queer latinx women and gender norms and see their reaction. That's what 99% of the world's reaction is. Outside of the cities this shit is a joke. Yet they control what we watch, post and do online.

It is our responsibility to protect our community from any kind of offense or danger.
The strive to create the eternal hugbox where nobody is offended. Says a lot about their worldview.

Yeah, the point isn't just to fail it's to see how much more money there is to dry up and to copy Valve as Valve did with Nintendo.

But the point is to fail and have people remember it like we all do the Ouya and Stadia.

I honestly thought Max Dood would be higher than that (41). I've seen people dump insane fucking money on him.

His videos have taken a complete fucking nose dive ever since he started to come out of his shell and become more of an "average" e-celeb. He constantly goes after the lowest hanging fruit and basically just acts like a skinny and less pathetic version of boogie with his voice of reason on the internet shtick. He was 100 times more enjoyable as just a random faceless guy making short videos playing games. Now it's just boring twitch clips over and over again. It is what it is though, everyone changes eventually.
Charlie is skinnyfat Boogie. You absolutely nailed it.

This video is eight years old, it's the kind of random content I enjoyed from him.

Dude has become unrecognizable from his earlier years.

Hes payed 34k a year to do this

Why is this MTF troon wearing antlers? Only male deer have antlers. Is this some kind of social meta commentary that I haven't taken enough social science classes to understand?

Oh no how would those mods sleep at night, knowing that their fake waifu got exposed. Boo hoo

I'm a lot more interested in precisely why Amazon thinks it can somehow compete with Valve than I am in how much money the retard farm that is twitch and it's "content creators" are making. You'd think people would learn from the trashfire that is the EGS not to gather up a big old pile of garbage, cover it in gasoline and toss a match, but Jeff Bezos is apparently a special kind of fucking stupid.

These fucks are perfectly fine with taking a biggot's dollar, and seem to believe they can rein in Twitch chat. They will have panels at their Twitch convention discussion how to "run your community". As if the community is a malleable object that they use to their own ends. You really need to think about the sort of people that spend the bulk of the money these streamers make.

The last time I watched this dude, he was insufferable.

Panels like those usually have more panelists than audience members anyway.

It's a money thing. Advertisers aren't going to want to work with you if you're known for allowing "hate speech"/right-wing politics on your site, because mainstream American media is relatively liberal. It's the same reason all these companies starting supporting gays and BLM - they're doing whatever's most profitable. Besides, if that survey has any merit, people are still very offended.

I was briefly pleased to see MoonMan earning big bucks, but then I noticed it was MoonMoon, who I don't know anything about, but assume is not nearly as based.
From what I recall it's probably directly ripped from a early-mid 2010s tumblr meme about a wolf. So you're likely right.

I read all those snippets from their guidelines and presentations and officially decided: I'm getting too old for this shit.
I don't care about those streamers getting money, because idiots throw that money willingly at them.
I don't care that a "socialist" feeds said idiots lies while sipping champagne and living the big life while he probably never experienced real poverty or working a shit job.

But dear god am I pissed about all this "nono"-words, hugbox-shit and how the generation after me willingly shovels this idiocy in their brains while ignoring the real problems, so they can whine online about "social injustice" using the newest i-shit they nagged their parents to buy for them. Thank god, there are still some normal people around here, the rest of the internet turned to assbrain-cancer...
