All this was already being discussed--not mindlessly ranted about but actually discussed--in this thread months ago.

And that's the real kicker, see? The biggest shock for me is how things have accelerated since this thread was first made. Go back and check the OP. Look at the date. It feels like years with all that's transpired but it's not even been a whole six months.
