Both studies show The only difference between trans people & cis people is a non-sexually dimorphic part of the brain that deals with self perception. In regards to you second point. Hermaphrodites don't exist in humans. Any healthy society is dependent on sets of standards, rights and wrongs, and boundaries that exist between everyone no matter how much they dislike each other.
