The Australian totalitarian megathread - She won't be right mate.

Not sure if it's gay to share but some lawyers are helping the Victorian teacher vax mandate case

Fuckers

"Omar El-Hissi is organizing this fundraiser"

Lol no... all that money will just go to funding more Terrorist bullshit. The local kebabs don't even believe Covid is real, or it's Gods punishment for Non Muslims, and Muslims who don't lick the shrine hard enough.

They don't want to get the shot, because it means admitting that it IS a thing, which their stupid bronze age cult can't do or it goes against gods will, cos it means people might survive it.

Well, work has finally decided to move from the "encouragement" stage to a flat out mandate, interestingly enough with the same 15/10 date as the rest of the world. I was hoping to ride it out until the evidence surrounding the ineffectiveness and potential side effects of the vaccine got out enough to have a decent chance of dropping it.

I suppose it's time to decide if I'm a man or a slave, but without powerlevelling too much I work in a pretty small industry and all the big players are also mandating the vax, so unless I want my kids to starve I think I'm likely going to have to capitulate even though my family has a pretty serious history of heart disease.

No-one would happen to have any decent Aus relevant legal arguments I could use to try and push back would they? :optimistic:

I wish then karma will bite back the media for all the paranoia they caused.
I mean embrace fascism in the way they hate. If they call you a Nazi siege heil that shit. The more they try to oppress you the more you will eventually break the system.

So has dental work, which is pissing me off.

Haven't been to a barber in over a year either.
My barber retired over covid (in the USA), so getting a decent haircut has been a challenge. Also dentist got sent to an asylum after killing his wife and got replaced by a weirdo chink, so yeah. I get the feels. Not Covid related though.

Vic Police sat on their hands until Chairman Dan issued a press release telling them to fine him for the optics, and so they fined him lol.

Meanwhile 1800 odd cases today and 4 deaths.

We're told that almost all the infections and hopsitalisaitons are among the unvaccinated, with nearly 100% of boomers jabbed I'm pressing X to doubt.

But also the death rate is so low because the vaccines are working. Um?

Except not really retard because that's what's supposed to happen. Falling into a role someone designed for you because it was convenient and profitable for them to label you that way isn't a victory. Right now Aussie cops look completely insane, and giving them excuses to piggyback off more American constructs to justify their behaviour is counterproductive.

Not that there's anything wrong with fascism but LARPing as the cartoon version of spooky vampire people from the 1930s that was manufactured and fed to you by Jewish media in the first place isn't leading to a functional version, and isn't breaking the system.

Goddamn, I can hear the (((nose))) on her.
She's Armenian, if that counts as anything. Both parents emigrated in the 50s.
Whoops, thought you were referring to Gladys.

I also think it's because the ganges variant while highly spreadable isn't as severe as the original strain was when it was released from Wuhan.

There's no straight legal argument, you have to say its not a reasonable direction. It would be helpful if you can get a doctor to state you are at higher risk of side effect due to your family history. If you want to dispute probably worth shelling out some $$$ for a lawyers letter. It will give your company notice that there may be serious financial consequences for fucking with you. The heart disease thing might give them an out that saves face.

Not sure where you are but if in NSW might be worth reaching out to these guys as they were behind the supreme court case challenging mandatory vax orders for employees:

Good luck mate, here's hoping you can hold out.

Do the state health systems release numbers? Because it'd be fun seeing what they actually are.

Hilarious!

Dan Andrews a week ago: MPs and Judges are included in vaxxed mandates.

Brett Sutton today: MPs and Judges are excluded, the Constitution allows it.

You know the same Constitution that covers every single Australian.

There is a video, not mine, I was going to fix up the spelling mistake but couldn't be fucked right now.

Feels brutha. A lot of us stuck in the same shitty tinny.

If in vic, talk around the town is to hold out as long as possible. Eg, string out leave entitlements, negotiate wfh. The current vax mandate runs out at midnight 21Oct, the emergency powers run out proper on Dec 16th when the CHO loses his super powers. Sure, they are working on an alt 'pandemic plan' bill, but new/amendment acts take a bit to argue and vote on. There's court cases, there's ibac, there's rumours stairman Dan won't last much longer, but who knows. If you can hold out as long as possible, a lot can happen before Dec.

But yeah, you aren't the only one doing the feed kids vs allow them to grow up in a dystopia calculation. The amount of people who can't see any red flags and are ready to direct their anger at the unclean class is seriously depressing tho.

Edit:
The go fund me is at 75grand in just one day.

I'll tell you what I've done. It may be applicable to your situation it might not. Alternatively just forge a vaax certificate (they'll probably never even check, my employer definitely hasn't).

I saw this coming a while ago so I started handing in work place incident reports of being bullied and suffering stress and mental anguish as a result. Victoria operates a zero tolerance policy to work place bullying so employers are obligated to take it seriously, most don't including mine. After handing in my third incident form I was called in to management and asked WTF was going on. They read out the usual rote questions including who I was alleging had been bullying me. I asked them if they had submitted my forms to Worksafe as required, they didn't answer (so no they hadn't), that I didn't feel comfortable disclosing the identity of the person bullying me and that given the prolonged delay in responding to my claims I now had a reasonable belief that I was not being provided with a safe work environment. They offered me counselling and wrapped it up quick. That was 6 weeks ago.

I've been on sick leave for the past 3 weeks and went to my doctor yesterday who's given me another 2 weeks off. He agrees I have a severe situational depression and associated anxiety, which makes me very happy!. He's referred me to a psychiatrist but there's a long wait because of Covid.

Now here's the good part. Victorian law allows an employer to make a work cover claim at any time as long as it relates to a period of work with a Victorian organisation or business. So given I have another 3 months sick leave saved I intend to fuck them over for every last day and then go on work cover which might give me a year (more likely 6 months after which they get extremely shitty). Then I have annual leave and long service leave to take. This should give me about 20 months of paid time off all being well, during which I am still working for my employer mandate or no mandate and if at the end of it Covid is still a thing hopefully they won't be sperging out so hard to get everyone jabbed. BTW if you're an active work cover case you can't be sacked for any reason, the only thing is they might decide to put you on a return to work plan but that's laughably easy to skirt if you're claiming mental health issues.

Most Aussies have no idea how easy it is to fuck over their employer through the Fairwork and work cover system. Definitely DO NOT under any circumstances resign especially if you're past your 6 months probation. Make them fire you. Remember they have to show that they've made every effort and offered every accommodation to assist you. Start claiming sick leave before the mandate day arrives, take all of it. Do not refuse the vaccine outright, make a booking and cancel it and then claim you couldn't go because you're off sick, string them along for as long as possible. Good luck

Just one thing to note with this, a lot of the protections expire if you earn more than 150k

Cases are at their all time high in victoria, and yet restrictions are about to be eased. I've been told that the VIC/NSW border will be open for the first time in three months on monday. This seems VERY out of character for dan andrews and the rest of the trannies running VIC.

I'm beginning to wonder if they've secretly been told by some globalistic puppetmaster to ease off and give the population some temporary breathing room. The world watched the protests and the subsequent police beatdowns, and the optics were absolutely terrible. It's clear they've been pushing too hard, and it's led to somewhat of a cornered animal scenario.

edit: oh, and the timing of gladys' departure + the easing of NSW's extreme travel restrictions is also kinda sus.

Goddamn it I told someone in NSW I'd visit for xmas but I was secretly hoping I'd still have this excuse to spend the holiday sobbing alone in my room like every other year
