It's not quite that bad, but only if you are otherwise functional apart from your sexual proclivities. Basically every town has a couple trailer parks or apartment complexes that will rent to them and are in an allowed location. Chris is unlikely to hold that down if he were unsupervised though, rents tend to be expensive for what you get because the land lord knows he has you over a barrel, and the other tenants are all sexual deviants on the edge of society so some weird shit tends to go down.
