That already happened on /jp/ with Miko's long hiatus last year. /vt/ didn't exist back then and everyone understood it as a joke, it was a better time

Never. It's actually getting worse in the latest patch where they're introducing boon totems for survivors to use that gives them 100% faster healing that killers have to snuff out. Because, obviously, killers need more to do... They absolutely positively need secondary objectives according to the devs.

They are finally nerfing the hatch at least and buffing Trapper but a bunch of other killers like Spirit and Deathslinger are getting nerfed.

On the plus side, a new slasher game is coming out and it's attracting a lot of attention from the DbD community.


It's going to be free 2 play and the open beta is going to start sometime this month (hopefully).

DbD is about to get some actual competition.

From a YT comment, not sure if it's all true: I think a lot of people in the comments are missing the context for Roberu's situation and nature of his fanbase. The thing with Roberu is that collabs are almost considered his main content. That's why his fans are always curious on the collabs he'll do every month. And he'll do them, at least once in a month. Roberu also has a dream of having a legit talk show ala Late Night Show, so him collabing as much as he can is extremely important to reaching that dream. He also has a self-imposed rule for his Bar Robel segment that he ABSOLUTELY CANNOT invite a guest twice, which pushes him to interact with more and more people, which in turn makes his fanbase gets even more excited at the prospect of Roberu meeting new people. So any questions in chat about collabs are always just people curious on who he's collabing with this time. Because there will be at least a collab. The question is "with who?". That's why he has said on-stream that he WILL NEVER refuse an invitation to a collab if he can, because those connections are important. As he has said in the past and in this clip, if there's an invite to collab with EN Vtubers, he won't let that pass by, if the other party is okay with having him. A lot of JP Vtubers already told him how abnormal he is at reaching out everywhere he can, as Japanese people often don't reach out outside of their co-workers. At this current point, Roberu is one of the most sought out collab participants in the entire Hololive Production for outside collabs because he: a) has a fairly large fanbase, b) can adapt on the fly and make any situation funny, eliminating any possibility of awkward moments, and c) his fanbase is guaranteed to not kick up a fuss, meaning his hosts or guests can collab with him worry-free, no holds barred.

Also Vshojo partnered with V-Clan from Nippon TV. I guess this means Vshojo actually wants to start building international presence as a company and not just a loose association of streamers. I think v-clan takes care of partnerships and working out events like concerts and Vshojo acts like V-Clan's entry into the broader international market.

Second almost all Holostars are being overly cautious about collabing with her richer sisters but they forgot a critical factor about the EN branches, that is that the idol culture is non existent outside of a few idiots that would roblox themselves if a penis haver is at breathing range of their idol, pretty sure anyone on EN would get on the ride if he calls them for Bar Robel, Calli herself would be the first considering she keep tabs of Rikka, Kiara i dont know if she would do it considering she is a almost declared misandrist at this rate, pretty sure the rat will get on the ride considering he is one of her oshis, they have this nebulous belief that because EN has insane numbers they are not GPB, the status of EN is odd in Hololive because they have been granted a bigger degree of freedom compared to their JP counterparts but they are not 100% GPB like Indonesia

Well this is certainly interesting. Shirara impressed me because she's basically walked back what she said after "Off With Their Heads" and has said Calli was completely correct and Shirara herself was being a thin skinned bitch. Between her grandmother dying, her grandfather being in poor health, her being harassed for her 'loli' character, and her boyfriend slip-up she's had a rough year. She just recently got partner status though, so things are on the upswing. At least until this apparently.
