The cerebellum controls your motor skills and balance. It's also where your muscle memory is. If there's lesions on that, that is what it will affect. At the most, he's probably just wobbly and sucks at stuff with coordination. You can live with a bit of cerebellum damage. You can see this in the fact that he's been functioning all his life and hasn't had any failure in motor skills.

The cerebrum, the larger part of top, is where the real damage can happen. This is where emotions, thinking, and the personality is.
