Well, I called it (my original post got deleted tho), the orange haired boy is a tranny (they said that trans characters will be voiced by trans people), because god forbid we have a prominent (icky) straight couple in our show!!!

And of course, the "doesn’t feel like he truly fits in = trans" cliché.

Good god, they are so fucking predictable

Edit: Also, lol, no voice acting besides HGS, that's a good sign

Where's the soul? Its like trannies can only tell one story where they're some UWU saint who never does anything wrong and just sort needs to be told they're valid...30 times a day for the rest of their lives. Where's the trans character who's just kind of a jerk? Or the trans character where people go "OMG, stop talking about how trans you are! Isn't there anything else you want to talk about!?"?

Trannies need to understand that they'll never be truely accepted until they're allowed to be made fun of and be portrayed negatively. Because, you know, being trans don't automatically make you a good person.

I thought this show was a done deal. Owl house already took the insane lesbo shippers and Troon activists.

Its never about the character and will always be about moral message.

Same reason why every other black "character" is a street smart but also upstanding citizen that can do no wrong.

Honestly, aside from Barbara, Cam Clarke, and self-insert, the cast is just a bunch of literally whos, which is pretty fitting IMO, since this is a literally what show.
Honestly I just feel bad for those voice actors since they really probably only joined just to get some work under their belts and it was this show.

Y'know, remember when CalArts used to have talented people from the likes of Brad Bird, Mike Judge, Stephen Hillenburg, Tom McGrath, Andrew Stanton, Matt Groening, etc.? Noticed I used the term, "talented" as strongly as possible because they know how to draw and animate because learnt how to actually draw and animate. Sure, nu-CalArts students CAN draw, albeit with the same exact anime-esque bean face and posture. This is the same exact jaded, generic, tiresome cliche they keep utilizing even after graduation.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'll wait til someone pitches an animated project that's new and/or innovated.
