Southwest airlines forum raided by 4chinz

rate me late if someone already said this but this feels fake as fuck. the fact that southwest is trying to blame their short staff on "white supremacy" makes me think this is some shoddy job from a PR firm to cover southwest's ass so they don't have to say it's because they fired able pilots because they refused getting the shot. were there any threads on pol? I didn't see any until after this happened and people started talking about it on twitter

Obligatory take your meds but yes, I can see how they would ultimately benefit from this. At least it gave the pilots something to laugh at while they're on strike at home

I love how everyone skipping work thinks that inconveniencing everyone is going to somehow work to their advantage and not make them a shit-ton of enemies.

So they should just get the jab and show up to work to protest their employer mandating the vaccine? This is such an absurd take, the majority of negative press on this is focused on Southwest who is also the one losing money and potentially customers while their pilots are paid to stay home and watch the ensuing shit storm. I'd say it's working pretty well considering.

If it was for trivial reasons yes, but it's for the reason of "I don't like the idea of being forced to inject myself with something to keep my job"

Believe it or not that's a pretty relatable pov for a lot of people

The people they're turning into enemies want them to be experimented on or else have their children starved out. Doesn't matter if they make enemies as long as they can make a point of how they can hurt everyone if they aren't left alone.

They're like 14 you lolicons
If they can ride the bot, they can ride the cock

"I'm going to miss my son's wedding because the flight's been cancelled!"

"The pilots don't want to get the jab, so they've all fucked off."

"Oh, well that's all right then. I mean it's only a unique, life-changing event. I don't mind missing that."

So your point is that pilots are stupid for thinking this is going to make a difference but also that it's a massive inconvenience for a ton of people that needs to be resolved immediately? Also why should they give in because someone they'll never meet will miss something? Your shit take has found a whole new level of god awful...

Dying of blood clots and heart attacks isn't a life-changing event on the same level as a wedding. There was even a pilot recently who suddenly died flying.

And what about the ones who decided to stop working at hospitals? I'm sure those patients can just walk off whatever's wrong with them!
Do you not understand how protesting something works? They want people to be inconvenienced, they want people to complain to these establishments and for them to reach a point where not requiring the jab is the lesser of two burdens. "Just get the vaccine and stop making a ruckus" is a retarded thing to say in the face of people who don't want the vaccine and want to cause a ruckus about it...

If those plebs urgently need to fly across the country, they're free to get their pilot license, buy a plane, and fly there themselves.

You are not entitled to the labor of others. If it's an emergency and you absolutely have to fly somewhere, tough titty. Thank your governments.

Nobody decided to stop working. If you as a service provider are too retarded to realize this type of mandate is going to lead to people refusing, but that you're balls deep into an ultimatum that says no injection = no job, that's on you.

IMO golden opportunity for competition to eliminate mandates and get instant access to a huge talented labor pool across multiple industries.

It's obvious to all thinking people that the blame goes to the evil motherfuckers telling employees they need to get injected with a harmful substance to keep their jobs.

Maybe this is autistic, but does anyone know what kind of cash burn rate Southwest will need to sustain to idle their fleet? Everyone already knows airline margins are slim, but the running costs to store and maintain their fleet + airport presense must be huge.

In other words, how fucked is Southwest? Or how long do the pilots/attendants need to hold out before Southwest starts to regret their stance?

Strikes are also supposed to be forewarned ("Do this by this time or we're outta here"), especially if you're in a union; you don't just leave "for reasons."

All your posts have such a bizarre entitlement to other people's labor, what if all these pilots were actually sick? Maybe Southwest shouldn't run such a logistical shit show, I can't imagine this staffing issue is unique to them.

@MuuMuu Bunnylips it's the company that suspended the workers. Your argument is essentially like if I was your employer and was going to suspend you from work unless I got to jab you with my cock, and then someone else saying "why doesn't Bunny just take that cock on her lips so I can get my burger already?"

Luckily I am not an AGP so I wouldn't be trying to jab my cock into any unwilling participants anyway.
