Jazz probably can't buy from Torid without attaching himself to the HAES community and general acceptance. He and his family seem to at the very least trust the facts when it comes to being overweight so they're pretending to care about the problem for now (not the cause of his binge eating though, that would be too nice to the poor kid)
I think the first semester at Harvard is a P/F freshman seminar and then three intro-ish or broad elective classes for most everything else. It's probably not that taxing outside of STEM (and we know Jazz ain't going that route). There's probably quite a bit of handholding as well tbh.
You don't have to declare for the first two years, which is all core courses that apply to any major (and smart, frugal people will take these at a local community college and then transfer them to a university for the last two), so that's another two seasons of "what will Jazz major in?" cliffhanging.

That should have never been a thing, specially after the 70s. Who is 100% "conforming" to their gender? Most women and men already enjoy a lot of things that are typical of the other sex.
It's probably just a storyline where he's trying to go on dates with people. There's probably going to be an episode or two dedicated to him "seriously" considering a tranny option only for him to just virtue signal a bunch and then for them being "unfortunately unable to date" for some bland and inoffensive reason. Earlier in the thread Sanders was seen with Peppermint right? It was around the time of his nice-guy-looking-for-a-date posts too. I'd bet they'll do(/did) film some media work and then Peppermint being a touring artist will be used as the reason they suddenly never see each other again.
Unless it's Cousin Debbie. I notice she's the one who pulled poor Jazz out of his dramatic valedictorian speech/graduation cap nosedive and was ALSO recruited to bully Jojo's grandmother into paying for the boob job he later decided he didn't need after all (thanks to rewatching reruns yesterday). It was illuminating to learn that she's been in practice for 43 years as of last year and, in all that time, "NO ONE has regretted transitioning" -- specifically, bottom surgery. "It doesn't happen." Especially not to Jazz...

Jojo did? I know that was the plan, but we haven't seen a follow-up (at least on the show). I suppose the "family therapy" visit to Debbie was both to get the requisite paperwork signed off on as well as guilt the grandma into paying that $$$ medical bill.
